"Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. "The house is absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for a family holiday. The pool is great to return to each day after a trip out to the various coves and towns that are well worth visiting. The house itself is lovely and cool with bathrooms for everyone and the views from the house are amazing. I highly recommend it."

"A homely, traditional house with outside space set in a quiet rural position. The house was very clean and the welcome from the owners warm and friendly and they were very willing to provide lovely meals if required. A good base for visiting the Istrian resorts but not an easy walking access to the nearest beach."

"The house is very modern and clean inside and outside. The pool was cleaned 1 time a week by staff. Due to the completely fenced garden you have a lot of privacy. The supermarket, restaurants, etc. are only about 15 min away and thus good and fast to reach by car. The landlord is very nice and informed us about all important information directly upon arrival. Also at departure he met us with a small gesture, which is not self-evident. All thumbs up 👍"

"We chose this house mainly because of location…visited Rovinj, Pula, Motovun. The house is an old farmhouse that offers a quiet, relaxing place with many modern perks such as a pool. The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. Thanks, Alen…we had a great time!"

"Wir haben Anfang September 2023 zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus haben wir genauso vorgefunden, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wird. Wir wurden von der Vermieterin und ihrer Familie herzlich empfangen und mit kleinen Geschenken (Kekse, Olivenöl) begrüßt. Immer stand uns jemand für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen, welcher konstant und durchgehend beheizt...

"Eine schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger, abgeschiedener Gegend, mit dem Auto kein Problem. Alles war absolut sauber. Highlight ist der liebevoll angelegte Aussenbereich mit dem herrlichen Pool. Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar, man hat dort völlig seine Ruhe. Das Auto steht geschützt im abgeschlossenen Hof mit elektrischem Tor, sehr angenehm. Vermieter wohnen direkt über der Ferienwohnung, sie sind immer erreichbar, super freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"We had a great vacation. The house and grounds are beautiful and in a peaceful location. Everything necessary was available (kitchen, bathrooms, towels etc.) and the communication with Elida was uncomplicated and courteous. We have nothing but good things to say and would love to spend another vacation in this great house in the future!"

"Es war unser erster Urlaub in Istrien, die Suche nach einem Ferienhaus führte uns nach Marcana ins Holiday House Lavanda. Der Empfang von Mirjana und Emil war sehr herzlich. "We spent fantastic week at Villa Orijana. If you are looking for silence, calm and relaxing surrounding - book now! Localisation gives a good chance to go around Istria and feel the region. For us and for kids it was amazing, we were looking for relaxing time - and we have found it. "Sehr angenehme und moderne Unterkunft, komfortabel. Sehr modern eingerichtete Küche, grosser Balkon. Leider war das Meer etwas weiter weg, es gibt aber einen Shuttlebus. Als wir da waren, gab es eine große Baustelle auf der Hauptstraße, unser Vermieter hat uns gleich eine Umleitung angegeben, damit wir das Haus gut erreichen konnten. Die Wohnung selbst war ruhig..."
