"Because of where the hotel was situated at my arrival, I had no clue how to go around the block and park my car rental. The attendant totally took my keys, parked my car and brought my keys to me. That meant a lot to me. Also, they were attentive whenever I needed a taxi and gave me good advice. The staff was willing to help with any questions and the room was quiet… One recommendation I would give to othersis: pay the extra for the view… I looked at rundown neighborhood outside my window… However, the sunsets were pretty…"

"It took three tries to get a habitable room. Our first room was made up with three beds (one for a child), the second had no air conditioning, but the third was Goldilocks - just right. The staff was courteous and helpful as these housekeeping and maintenance problems were sorted out, but it would have been far better to have not needed to deal with them"

"The property is beautiful. The lobby was decorated beautifully with the chandelier and the art wall. The location is great - rooftop dining provides spectacular views (day or night time.) dining was decent as well - breakfast options were plentiful and the dinner was delicious as well. The bathroom had a leak and once reported to the front desk, they were responsive. Additional housekeeping attention was needed in the bathroom as well. The pools closed at 7pm which was rather early considering 7pm was still rather bright outside. Nevertheless, the pool in the spa was available until 10pm - no view as it was in the basement. Overall the hotel was lovely."
