"Hotel close to public and private beach. Neptun part of a bigger hotel-compleks. It was not clear to us how to find the reception which is in one of the other hotels. The hotel has lots of activities (whock we did not use). It's easy (and cheap) to use public transport for visit in Piran where there are lots of restaurants. Conclusion: Good hotel with balcony view to the see/Marina. Close to swimming area in the see."

We arrived during a period of unrest as there was a massive fire opposite the hotel and police tape all around half of the building - there was excessive smoke, including in the hotel itself and the outdoor pool was closed. Whilst this wasn't in any way the fault of the hotel, it did detract from our experience and the hotel management could have done better at managing this e.g. by a resort credit or other amenity to...
