"The location was very good close to major sights and transport. Check in was very good also. The room was much smaller than I am used to when staying in similar hotels, there were only 3 tissues left in the tissue box , ok not a big deal and one light didnt work, shower good , bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and we were served by a young boy named Lukas who was exceptional, all in all a good stay just a couple of things about the room itself ."

"The hotel was fine, staff very friendly, location very good - only 10 minutes walk to Potsdammer Platz. Only two issues 1) room was small - 3 of us meant no seats as only settee was used as 2nd bed, and 2) on Friday night it was very noisy outside (we were at the back of the hotel but there were groups of people laughing and drinking till 1am, so loud we had to use earplugs even with windows closed and that made the room very warm)"

"Amazing location near checkpoint Charlie. Very clean, well kept hotel, comfortable bed and nice shower. Shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and cream available. Fridge with bottle of water, tea and coffee making facilities. Hairdryer and laundry room, if needed. Warm, safe, easy check in/out. Breakfast delivery to your door, not lots of choice but handy to have, cafes/Lidl nearby if you'd rather use those."

"The staff were, without exception, welcoming, approachable and helpful throughout my stay - and remarkably fluent in English. My room was thoroughly cleaned each day. The furnishings were basic but included everything necessary, apart possible from a glass tumbler. Despite seeming to have a large number of guests, I experienced complete quietness during the night. The hotel does face onto a busy road but my impression is that few of the bedrooms are on that side of the building. The dining...
