"wir waren zu 3t dort - sind ambitionierte Skifahrer - Lage des Hotels perfekt für Skigebiet Kitzbühel und Wilder Kaiser - Essen im Hotel sehr gut - unser 3er Zimmer im Stil der 90er Jahre okay - was gar nicht ging es gab keinen Zimmerservice - das geisst kliopapier gibg aus - Buchung war ursprünglich über Expedia - habe 10 mails zum Aufenthalt und zur Zahlung trotz Anzahlung bekommen - das ist nervig - bei 4Sterne S und entsprechend hohen Preisen hätte ich besseres erwartet"

Our stay was very pleasant, house and room in very nice condition. Warm and cozy atmosphere. Breakfast and breakfast room was perfect. We will be back if we should we be in the area. "We stayed for 6 days and enjoyed it max. The service is on top and they have focus on all the small thing which make you feel welcome and special. Food is excellent and so is the staff - always friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about at all. We will be back and can highly recommend for a late summer vacation. "
