"Breakfast was ok. Cleaners forget to clean our room and left the garbage on the chair. Located in old town so walkable to restaurants, shopping so great for tourist."

"Great location in the old town! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean apartment. It was good to have a little kitchenette and a very quiet environment, facing a courtyard. Note that the address you first come to is where you pick up your keys and not where you are staying. That confused me a bit, as I was bringing many suitcases from the train station. But once I understood that the apartment was wonderful and worked perfectly for me. "

"Really Lovely hotel, one of the oldest in Krakow. It was just on the edge of the square but close to everything. Loads of places to eat around. Bed was lovely & comfy, kettle & mini bar in the room. Gorgeous breakfast it certainly did not disappoint us. Our first visit to Krakow but we will be back. "

"The hotel was ideally located a short walk from the main old town square with many great restaurants and bars close by. It was clean and well appointed although some places could do with a little updating. The staff were all very helpful and spoke really good English which was very helpful. You could include or have as an extra a really good breakfast which included a cooked food plate. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Many English people choose to stay at this hotel and they arranged excellent transport to and from the airport."
