We really loved this apartment, it was so perfect in every way. 8 mins to the old town square through a park. The apartment is impeccable its so clean, high ceilings with large windows and a little balcony overlooking the gardens. Its also feels really safe here with secure entry to apartment. The train station is also close about 12 mins walk through the park. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return to Yourplace. I ❤️ Kraków!

Nice apartment, great for couples/ friends, however when travelling with baby not as recommended. Baby crib had been wet and despite that the landlord promise to replace it/ get it cleaned- it did not happen. Our 1 year old son slept on the floor as he is would fall down from ordinary bed. We asked to get our money back for the addition of baby crib purchase but that haven't been accepted either. Good location pretty place otherwise but a bit disappointed how Your place handled " when something goes wrong "

The apartment was ok. It was a bit of a problem to get to it the first time, you had to enter codes in 3 places, but luckily the lady from the reception helped. The apartment is comfortable, has air conditioning. The big downside are the ugly, once probably white, now gray towels. The bedding was clean.

Our stay there was canceleld on the day of arrival so we had to spend a mayor part of our first day to look for another appartment. We are still waiting to receive our money back. The alternative place they offered us was completely different from the appartement we booked so that was not an option. I have never experienced something like this, when you book you must be able to rely on a place to sleep there and not this.

Fantastisk og kommer gerne igen

Første besøg i Krakow og svært at vide lige præcis hvor man skal bo. Men vi føler os heldige , en fantastisk lejlighed , meget tæt på det absolutte centrum. Lejlighederne er selvservice. Altså ingen daglig rengøring hvilket var helt fint for os. Man kunne dog med ekstra betaling bede om dette. Lejligheden stort køle/fryseskab, TV, vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine. Der var tilmed viskestykke , sulfo og karklud samt håndsæbe på badeværelset. Der var alt køkkenudstyr. Eneste mangel for os var en brødrister. Fik dagen før tilsendt koder til hoveddør, lejlighed samt wifi kode. Alt fungerede.

Super fräscht boende! Mysigt och en fin lite äldre stil, rent och super bra läge! Ca 7 min promenad till Krakow old town, rekommenderar stort! Adressen va Biskupa 4 , blev lite missförstånd men stod på mejlet man fick dagen innan. Ligger 1 minut från lobwska som står på hotels.com sidan.

Fabulous

We had arrived at another apartment through another company in Poland and was dirty and disgusting. We were two families with children and needed somewhere at short notice that was clean, had a good sociable space and was suitable for families. This apartment definitely ticked all the boxes.
