Had a great time in Krakow. The apartment was very close to both the Old Town and about 15 min walk from the train station. Very good communication and we were able to check in earlier. Very smooth with code for both front door and the apartment.

Great apartment, great location..

Excellent location just next to the old town making it really accessible. Apartment is in a tenement flat so is a walk up but that is known in advance. Apartment really well fitted out and comfortable. Only downside was size of the twin beds, which are quite narrow, but slept really well regardless. Really clean and tidy. Hosts were great and really communicative getting back to queries.

Look elsewhere

It was ok, but overall disappointing. For the price paid I feel there are much better options to stay locally. Apartment was ok in itself, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and only had single duvets provided. Communal access areas were dirty and poorly lit, as well as the front of the property covered in graffiti. Location was good, but I would certainly recommend staying in one of the nearby hotels which would have worked out cheaper as well.

Modern apartment close to all the action

Check in was very easy and the apartment was prepared early so we did not have to wait around to get inside. The apartment was beautifully clean and very comfortable to stay in. The apartment was modern and had everything you would need for a weeks stay including a nice kitchen, coffee machine and a proper power shower. Would recommend to anyone that wants to visit Kraków as it was a lovely stay and is so close to the city square

I am so surprised that it does have reception and no lift. I need to carry luggages and climb up more than 3 floors. No information was given to me before I arrived . Check in is by password that I was never been informed. How come hotel.com not knowing all that and inform me when I am doing my booking. It is lucky that we met the owner at the entrance of the building, otherwise it will be a nightmare..very bad communication.

Pretty&good location but cold

So i stayed in this apartment/hotel for 3 nights. I loved the desingn in this place it was super pretty, also location was good in this place. BUT there was just super cold.. stayed here in November and i was absolutely freezing inside. They only pretty much had aircon.. there was one heater inside the room but not enough to warm the room.. i would stay again but definitely on the summer time..

Dette var veldig bra. Veldig bra lokalasjon, det var stort og rent, og egen balkong fikk jeg også. Praktisk å ha alt man trenger av hvitevarer og kjøkkenutstyr. Jeg leste ikke det med liten skrift godt nok, og ringte ikke på forhånd - dagen før - men booket samme dag, og det ordnet seg heldigvis for min del.

Jak se pościelesz, tak się wyśpisz....

sam apartament bardzo ładny, niestety: W okolicy niemal niemożliwe jest zaparkować, ulica przed domem jest nonstop zakorkowana (korek porusza się 2m przez 15 min mniej więcej BEZ PRZESADZANIA). Łóżko podwójne, ale kontynentalne z dwoma materacami, więc cały czas się rozjeżdżało. Brak podwójnej kołdry jedynie dwie małe. Bardzo nie podobał nam się sposób otrzymania kluczy oraz sposób i moment przekazania informacji jak się dostać do obiektu (na ostatnią chwilę SMSem - jadąc nie wiedzieliśmy gdzie co i jak - dopiero trzebabyło się dokładnie dopytać. Chętnie widziałbym bardziej "pro-aktywne" podejscie do klietna). na plus, że była buteleczka wody i kawka.

Wonderful Krakow

Very comfortable attractive apartment in an old building needing some care and attention . The location was very central with a short walk to the main attractions but the street was hard to access by car due to the one way systems and road works.

Kaik muut ok ja hintaan nähden hyvää... Kylppäri jopa loistavaa laattatyöt (tosin viemäriin voisi laittaa desinfiointiainetta) mutta oven porrastason avain saattaa reistailla... Huom että pitää kiertää 3 kierrosta
