"Yes room was fine Staff mostly fine the manager Thomas sorted out a couple of issue's to our satisfaction he was amazing actually. We would stay at this hotel again "

"Excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. Room with jacuzzi, lovely breakfast and very helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant is very good for evening meal. Fantastic location, right on the main square. Would definitely stay again.. Thank you xx"

"Attention to detail. We booked a luxury studio. There was a clear perspex roof on the bathroom area which had corks and cork wires on top of it from previous guests. I would have expected a vanity unit or at least a mirror with a plug near it so my wife could do her make up and hair. We only had 6 coat hangers for two of us. There were no hooks or a coat stand for coats bearing in mind it's December and finally the pillows on the bed are a bit of a let down. On a positive. The location is amazing. "

"Room was big and spacious, nice big tv for then we wanted to chill after walking around krakow. Staff were more than happy to help when requested. Only down side was the shower holder could have done with been a bit higher but i managed. Would definitely stay again. Thank you "

"Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!"
