The hotel is situated in the centre of the old town, so perfect for walking everywhere. The decor in the hotel is elegant and once they tweak the teething problems of opening a new hotel it has the makings to be first class.

Great character hotel, huge rooms, comfy bed, lovely decor and furniture, sweet personnel. It is close to all the best spots of the old city but being located in a small pretty street it hides you away from the crowd and tourist noise

Absolutely perfect location - very close to the central square but also off a side street so much quieter. Room was very large, with excellent walk in wardrobe. Staff organised an excursion for us, there was no pressure from them and they were so helpful.

Fantastic mini break

Absolutely fantastic stay, had a fabulous room which was very large and comfortable, with all we could wish for. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly prepared for us when we arrived in the dining area. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the wonderful city.

I recommend without qualification Hotel Bogoria for an American traveling to Krakow who does not speak Polish. The concierge make the visit easy, arranging transporation to and from the airport, as well filling out in Polish a complicated Covid form. The Hotel is elegant. The room was spacious. The bathroom was in marble. The furniture was both comfortable and beautiful. The hotel was gracious enough to do my laundry. The Hotel is an extraordinary value. I would not stay anywhere else in Krakow other than the Hotel Bogoria. The hotel is perfectly located in the Old City, steps from the Royal Way, which connects the Town Square and Wawel Castle. Each is only one quarter of a mile from the Hotel in an easy safe walk. Wawel Castle is the Smithsonian of Poland, and a treasure of Poland, and a tribute to Pope Jean Paul. Outside of the Old City, I got lost, finding that English was not commonly spoken, and that Google Maps did not work for me. The Polish Language is complicated for a foreigner like myself, and the convoluted streets not in the form of a grid were perplexing to me. The vacation of Krakow was a cultural treasure for me. I recommend Hotel Bogoria and Polish Airlines(Lot) for an enriching and special vacation. Off season in October was very nice. William Conway MD Nashville Tennessee

All the staff were amazing from the moment we first got to reception. Could not praise them enough. Equally so the room and Hotel were really nice. Location was great close enough to walk to Town but far enough not to get the late night noise. If we were to got back would stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Absolutely fantastic!! We went here for our ten year anniversary and the staff did everything they could to make it a beautiful time for us!! Extra kudos to the woman who did our breakfast! The hotel is new, very central (we walked everywhere) and the rooms are huge!! It’s a little noisy from the street below in the mornings and late weekend nights. This’d the only place you need to look at while visiting krakow! You will fall in love with it!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant and spoke excellent English. The location was great! near the main square and near the gardens yet off on a quiet side street. The room and view were just stunning. A must stay!

Des voleurs Nous avons réservé 2 chambres supérieures avec vue sur la ville nous avons eu droit une vue sur un mur situé à 5 mètres de la fenêtre Nous devions avoir une bouteille de champagne dans la chambre … deux bouteilles d eau nous attendaient Le parking convenu à 100 zl était finalement à 180… Ils organisent des cocktails la nuit jusque à 2 heures du matin avec bien étendu de la musique à fond nous plaintes n’ont rien changé L’emplacement et le pdj sont supers ainsi qu une partie du personnel Je me pose beaucoup de questions sur la véracité des commentaires Pour être honnête hôtel.com a fait un geste commercial Hôtel à fuir

This hotel was fantastic. Excellent location just a few steps from main square in old town. Rooms were very large and well appointed. There was a rooftop bar with great views. Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel
