Awesome location, close and walkable distance to all the attractions, overlooking the river. Beautiful place.

Poor and dangerous
Tiles on bathroom and kitchen floor badly cracked and loose, very dangerous to walk on. The bathroom door had been forced and badly repaired. Beds are really uncomfortable and also small. Quilts and pillows are cheap and poor quality. WiFi didn’t work for 2 days. Work starts outside at 630 am drilling and banging and the bar and other rooms were noisy until the early hours. I reported the tiles but nothing was done. Note. The building looks like it’s in a war zone it’s ugly dirty and has not been maintained. There is a kocher restaurant on the ground floor which you have to pass to get to the lift

The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious. We stayed as a trio but had a room for 5. It comes with everything you need. Kitchen with all utensils. Hairdryer and an iron. The apartment is in a lovely location overlooking the river and about a 5 minute walk to Wawel castle and 10 minutes to main square and about 15 minutes to the Jewish quarter. The staff where very friendly and helpful, we had 3 hours to kill after checking out but they where happy for us to leave our bags in our room till we was ready to leave. All in all a wonderful few days break.
