3 kids, 2 adults. Kids loved the loft bedrooms. Small, but just enough. The folding couch seems like good quality, but the gap in the middle bothered us a little, maybe a top mattress that stayed inside the couch would be a nice addition. Location- perfect. Parking- a little uncomfortable finding it at night, but fantastic, good price, 24 hour service.

The location for this property was great, very central to the local restaurants and shops. However, we found the room was a slight let down. We found crumbs in the fridge, and crust from a drink on one of the drinking glasses provided. Also, the pleather on the sofa was almost completely peeled off and left it looking tacky compared to the other rooms in our floor. Furthermore, our mattress had a massive yellow stain and crisps left under the sheet, as well as an orange stain being on the wall behind us. Compared to the pictures we saw on the booking site, we did not get what we expected at all unfortunately.

Average stay - Convenient location.

Good basic apartment stay, convenient location however, the room wasn’t the cleanest, bed sheets had a holes in, blinds broken, no fire alarm in room. Would suggest a bath mat for bathroom. 10 minute walk into old town from apartment, easy check in/out. Quiet on a night time - easy access after hours using fob for door

This property was in a great location for both the old town and the Jewish quarter. There are plenty of small supermarkets and cafes nearby. We travelled to both Auschwitz and Zakopane with pick up points close by. The reception being open was unpredictable and we did not try any breakfasts. Communication with the property through Expedia was quite slow. Bolt/uber are cheaper than there airport shuttle service. There is a train station 3 minutes walk away that is not the main onevbut is on thecairport line. Thee are adequate cooking/dining equipment. The property itself was adequate. The matress and pillows were poor. The mezanine bedroom was reached bybvery steep ladders so dont book this particular apartment if you have mobility issues or drink a lot of Polish Vodka. However the couch had a throw over it covering the rips. There were cushions on 2 out of four dining chairs. One had a blood stain on the underside. On our third day we had no hot water and reception was closed. All in all if you are looking for a central location to crash out at night that is reasonably priced then id consider Dietla 99

Problem

Der Induktionsherd war rissig und funktionierte nicht, das Straßenfenster ließ sich nicht schließen, die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht und hatte ein Schild mit der Aufschrift: außer Betrieb. Ich schrieb eine E-Mail an das Hotel, um über die Probleme zu informieren, und sie antworteten nie.

Veldig fin plassering og ansatte var veldig imøtekommende og hyggelige! Rommet var dessverre ikke spesielt rent. Litt minus også for at aircondition ble defekt under oppholdet, som dryppet vann på meg som lå i sofesofaen. Dermed ble siste natt veldig varm. Men ellers var det absolutt verdt prisen og ansatte var fanatiske

Valitsimme liian pienen huoneen. Jotkut kohdat huoneessa repsottivat. Nukkuminen parvella ei sovi iäkkäämmille ihmisille.

Il mio appartamento aveva un letto in soppalco con una scala non comoda per salire .Il bagno aveva il lavandino piccolissimo

The room was smaller than we are used to. A lot was crammed into a small space. It was adequate for a short stay - we were there for three days - but would not want to stay any longer. Conveniently located to transport and the key sites however. Staff were friendly.

Supernöjd

Bra område. Du kommer inte att behöva Tourist Card när du bor i det här området. Mellan Stare Miasto (gamla stan) och Kazmierz (Judiska området). Hotellrummen/lägenheterna är kanske inte helt anpassade för storväxta människor. Spårvagn direkt till Tauron Arena. Wi-Fi kunde ha varit bättre med en bättre router.

Great stay

Was great stay, lovely apartment and staff were all lovely Was within 5/10 minute walk to main square and restaurants Although we were on top floor in D50 and there’s no lift so a lot of walking each night to bed

The property was found in the same condition as advertised. Very modern and clean. I found the experience very good and easy. Staff were very polite. Property organised transfers to Airport and again well communicated and organised.

appartement très bien placé pas loin du centre ville.nous avons eu des soucis avec la réception n était pas toujours ouverte comme mentionné dans la description 24h/24h ce n était pas le cas. appartement très sympa sauf qu il était en sous sol pas de fenêtre seulement une petite lucarne par contre très propre et très bien décore et aménagé très bon rapport qualité prix

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children. We booked the 2double beds and the double sofa bed so we all had a bed. We got there at 11.30pm only one double was made up with bed sheets on. I had to ring a mobile number we had been given and ask if I could have more pillows and quilts as there wasn’t enough. Only thing they could do was refund me £10.

The apartments are in a perfect location they are very quirky and the staff were so helpful and friendly. My only comment is I wish there was a mirror outside the bathroom as with a family of 3 it was difficult to get access to the mirror to dry hair or put makeup on as someone in shower or mirror steamed up

Świetne miejsce!!!

Świetne miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji. Ciekawa aranżacja pokoi i wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.
