Rooms were clean and fitted well, the staff were polite and attentive to needs, ensuring even if room service was declined that clean towels and teas & coffee were still topped up. Staff offered to hold bags on check out before flight, great location to the Market Square and other conveniences, bus and tram stops on door step as well as local convenience shops for any snacks and other items

The rooms were nice and clean. Close walking distance to everything. 2 out of 3 rooms were facing the street and there was sleep disturbing sounds from the streets at night/early morning. The one room facing the back yard had no noise from outside. Overall a good stay for me who had the one silent room.

Weekend Birthday Break

Short city break for daughters 18th! Location was perfect for the Main Square, Museums, Krakow Eye, Wawel Castle & Markets. Tram stop right outside with the Train Station being a five minute walk, all really cheap&easy to use. Plenty of local little shops for snacks, water&gorgeous bakeries. We even got our nails done! Tons of restaurants within the Main Square particularly good for trying the local food&drinks. The apartments was clean but basic. Reception open 7:00 -21:30. On our last day we could leave our bags there& collect later. Bathroom surprisingly lovely with lots of hot water. We had a bonus balcony with views over the city. Its a perfect base&i would definitely stay there again

Do not stay here

I need someone to contact me on how to make a complaint in regards of this accommodation. You should not sell this hotel. It was dirty, not once the room was cleaned, I had blood in my sheets. Only hot water for one as if my partner wanted one after me the water was cold. Attaching evidence.

La chambre est dans un etat vétuste la moquette a des taches partout , les mur également, le fond de la douche à des traînées noires, le ventilateur n’était pas utilisable ( il faisait le bruit d’un réacteur) Heureusement ce qui sauve l’avis c’est la gentillesse du personnel notamment Kamila qui a été de très bon conseil ! Merci à elle Au prix des chambres il faut faire des travaux de rafraîchissement des chambres

El alojamiento nos encantó, bien situado, silencioso, muy cerca del centro histórico andando. Con aparcamiento fácil cerca de las instalaciones, zona de pago, pero muy muy cómodo. Las camas cómodas, el baño perfecto y habitación amplia para 3 personas. El desayuno que cogimos junto con el hotel, espectacular. La cafetería era precioso y la calidad era excelente. Sin duda repetería en este alojamiento.

Avevo prenotato al Daniel Aparthotel, sono stata contattata e spostata al Zulian Aparthotel, hotel che a loro avviso era addirittura superiore. Invece: quando siamo arrivati non riuscivamo ad entrare e dopo un po’ abbiamo capito che la reception era da un altra parte (il foglietto che indicava il numero civico in cui era collocata non era in inglese). Una volta trovata sono entrata per fare il check in, ma la ragazza, decisamente poco amichevole, ha registrato solo me, nonostante io fossi in una tripla e quindi fossi con altre due persone. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, dall’elenco che compare ce ne sono pochissimi, quando solo mi sono permessa a chiedere se per caso avessero dei giochi in scatola (indicato da loro) quasi ridendo, ho ricevuto una risposta strafottente e poco cordiale. Non c’era l’ascensore perciò abbiamo dovuto portare le valigie per tutti e 5 i piani senza neanche un minimo aiuto (nonostante questo servizio compaia nella loro pagina) La camera era pulita

This property was relatively clean and well kept! It was also in a good location with the old town only a short walk away! The beds however were very hard and the trams right outside were also very loud and ran through most the night!

Disappointed nothing like advertising

As in another review this Hotel looks nothing like the photos shown. The rooms are very old fashioned with carpet on the walls. The bathroom is also old with the hot water system in the room , this is very noisy when you turn on the taps. The lift is tiny we could just fit two suitcases and one person into it. The cafe shown in the pictures for breakfast is actually across a busy road. The room was clean, and the ladies at reception friendly but very disappointed by the advertising.
