Very friendly staff and very close to the airport (about 6-8KM). Restaurant on site. We had an early flight at 6:00 AM and we had to be at 4:00AM at the airport. We got room service breakfast at 2:30A with typical Polish food. Excellent.... Room was clean. We will stay there at the next trip to Poland. We had a pleasant stay there.

Everything was OK except of an airport shuttle service. Although it was featured in the hotel information as well as on their website no airport shuttle was available during my stay.

Staff are professional, polite and helpful. Breakfasts are very good with variety. We stayed in a four person room which is a great option for families. There is no air conditioning, so if it is hot/humid, it can be uncomfortable. Also, the tap in our bathroom could be upgraded (less than full flow), but the shower was great. It is close to a major road, so you will hear some traffic. We also had dinner at their restaurant, very good, but if you prefer less salty, let them know in advance.

I love this hotel. The staff were so helpful. the decor is authentically old but lovely. The rooms are a little small to an American eye but are comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and felt home cooked. I really like this place. It doesn't feel like a big chain but has all we need.

I just stayed one night because I had a very early morning flight. I asked for a 4AM taxi and it was waiting for me in the morning. A snowstorm had hit that day and it was dark when I stayed there but I would definately stay there again.

I would give them 5 stars if there was AC in the rooms . We had a room on the third floor and it was very hot inside . A little fan helped to circulate an air and luckily the nights were much cooler so we could sleep semi comfortably.
