I stayed here with my husband and two young children. The Property Manager, Anna, was excellent from the start in communicating check in instructions. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very functional. It served our needs well. On the street parking was readily available. We would stay here again.

Crystal suites was tucked away down a quiet but beautiful side street, right next to a park and within a short walk of the centre. The accommodation was spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We were extremely pleased with our choice. However the icing on the cake came with the suites manager, Anna. She was welcoming, instructive and extremely helpful. We had local specialty suggestions for dinner and breakfast as well as coffee and a helpful map with highlighted areas as 'must sees'. Anna also came to our rescue when our tour to Auschwitz was cancelled at the last minute. We had a wonderfully relaxing time taking in the sights and the delicious cuisine recommended to us. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

Hotellet/leiligheten er bra. Stor og fin leilighet. Frokostløsningen er IKKE tilfredstillende. Frokost fikk vi i en liten kaffe rett ved i samme bygg. Der fikk vi en kaffe og en donut. ville vi ha noe i tilegg, måtte vi betale for det. Og når da hotellets gjester komme på ca. samme tid før vi skal til byen, stoppet det opp. Ikke noe flyt i jobbeb bak disken,

Comfortable and warm apartment within a short distance of the main square. The staff were extremely helpful and our short weekend break in Krakow was enhanced by this place. Would definately recommend it and would certainly stay thwere again.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment in an excellent location. What more could you want? How about friendly receptionists (such as Kristian), and fresh towels when needed. And a teapot! The starter fridge stocking service was so helpful and introduced me to cheese I would not otherwise have tried. There was enough for breakfast and lunch for 4 days, and a yummy treat. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We loved PPP at 29 Karmelicka for inexpensive traditional food. There is a small grocery and liquor store at the end of the block. It is less than 15 minutes walk to the main square.

Lovely accommodation!

We were 3 friends and had a 2 bedroom apartment, so everyone had their own bed. Very comfortable - large rooms, 2 bathrooms - very comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even had a washer so we could do a load of laundry (soap included). Kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. We booked with breakfast and had a tasty bagel each morning at Cupcake Corner. We even went back one afternoon for a delicious cupcake. Would highly recommend Crystal Suites - location was perfect for exploring Krakow!

Il posto è molto carino ed anche curato. Però dato il prezzo mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più.. il cambio della biancheria da bagno almeno una volta...una pulizia più accurata dei tappeti che erano pieni di polvere..per il resto tutte le ragazze sono state gentilissime e attente ad ogni esigenza...vicinissimo alla piazza principale...anche se ne periodo del mio breve soggiorno era in rifacimento il manto stradale e quindi è stato un po’ più complicato passeggiarci...lo consiglio per brevi soggiorn.

Beautiful place

Nice building and a beautiful spacious room near the center of Krakow. Staff very friendly. We had a room for six people, but it is more suitable for four or five. The sofabed was so uncomfortable, that it's impossible for two adults to sleep. Would like to stay here again, but not sleep in the sofabed.

クラクフに再訪する際には泊まりたいアパートです。 メインの観光地から歩いて10分弱、スーパーも近くにあり便利。 手ぶらだと駅から歩くことも苦ではないですが、重たい荷物をもってだと大変かも。また、最寄り駅からも少し歩くので、重たいスーツケースをお持ちの方は、駅からタクシーに乗るのが無難ですが、かなりぼったくられるので覚悟が必要です。 スタッフの方もとても親切ですが、英語ができる方の滞在時間は限られていますので、要注意です。

Wunderschönes Appartment in zentraler Lage

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Wochenende in Krakau und haben dieses tolle Apartment gebucht: SERVICE: Vom Einchecken über Erklärungen zur Wohnung, Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants bis zum Auschecken ein rundum toller Service. APPARTMENT: wir hatten ein 54m² Dachgeschoss-Apartment. So eine Wohnung zuhause und ich würde sofort einziehen. Die Ausstattung sehr funktional, stylisch und durchdacht. Eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Kühlschränken, ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, Fön, Bügelbrett, etc..., Im Wohnzimmer ein TV mit Bose Soundbar. Nachts sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung 1A+ LAGE: Zentral zu Fuß in 10min zur Altstadt (Rynek), in 20min zur Burg (Wawel), in 30min in jüdischen Viertel - direkt nebenan ist ein neues Ausgehviertel "Tytano" - alte Fabrikhallen, dort sind nun Restaurants, Bars und Clubs drin. FAZIT: Apartment empfehle ich zu 100% weiter und komme gerne wieder
