This was a wonderful resort to stay! We were so pleased with how peaceful and quiet it was and the staff was so helpful and accommodating! The only downside was the distance to Aunang (15 minute cab ride) but they offer a shuttle service 3x/day. We were so pleased with this resort!

Amazing and relaxing hotel but needs more sun lounging areas around pool. Rooms are lovely and super clean. Wifi needs attention as very sporadic and non-existent in some areas of property. Staff were super friendly but not proactive in anticipating customer needs. Gorgeous location with bags of potential just needs attention in some areas. That said - could it be us that are too needy ………

This is a great place to stay and overall a wonderful experience. Its about a 15 min drive from Krabi. We were able to get a private long boat through the front desk that picked us up on the beach out front. The restaurant at the resort is nice with lots of options. The staff is very helpful, they evem helped us with a last minute shuttle very early in the morning when our Grab canceled (pre booking doesnt work)

The hotel staff were very welcomimg and supportive towards me and my family. Parts of the hotel needed updating with paint peeling from the walls. The rooms were very basic with the airconditioning not working correctly. The restaraunt in the hotel was a disgrace serving me on two occasions raw breaded chicken. The breakfast was below average with food left out for lomg periodes of time with flies landing on the food. The location is very remote and is a 500 baht taxi to Ao Nang.

Their staff is exceptional. They go above and beyond. I wanted to buy a copy of a book that was in my room, after searching for a few hours they found one for me! I highly recommend this hotel.

Very much enjoyed our stay at the elements. Staff are friendly and attentive. Facilities are wonderful - steam room was out of action but plenty more to keep us occupied. Over the road from the beach which has some beautiful views. There are bikes available to get around which is handy. Room was spotless. Shuttle service available to Ao Nang but is slightly limited. That said, we had no problem getting around with Bolt/Grab.

Super relaxed spa hotel. Wonderful separate pool area for the best rooms but honestly both pools were very nice. The restaurant was good with lots of choices. Limited choices within walking distance, 1 restaurant and an 7/11 are it. although they offer bicycles for free and motorbikes for inexpensive daily rates. The beach is rocky and not inviting Krabi town is a 30 min taxi ride away, but the do offer free daily shuttles. The rooms are large and inviting and full of dark woods and great lighting. I especially appreciated the private lanai.

A slice of heaven in paradise

My over 2 week stay here was an absolute dream, if I could move here permanently I would. The staff was extremely friendly and showed an incredible amount of hospitality, the pool was wonderful, and you can walk right across the street to the beach to watch the sunset. The restaurant had great food at great prices to match, and the breakfast in the morning was diverse and delicious. Ao Nong is just a short taxi away or you can take the free shuttle from and back to the resort. There’s so much to do around the area, and it’s nice to come back and relax at the resort where there is far less commotion than in the towns. The massage services are wonderful as well so don’t skip on them. Honestly if I could give this place 10/5 stars a would. Next time I’m in Thailand I will be definitely be returning here, and highly suggest others do so as well.

I must’ve come in very slow season there was no one in the hotel. When I showed up for breakfast, I was the only one there. No one in the pool no place nearby to go too far away. But beautiful place.

Nice stayed but felt like the hotel needs to revamp the surrounding of the hotel. New paint would be great and sweep the stairs, there was a lot of debris and dead bugs. The shower wall has mold all around it.

The hotel is nice, the room was big and conenient, the staff is very polite and welcoming, but the location in not the best. It's 20 min drive from the city and 2-3 km from the closest village. The beach across the road is not a beach you want to go to. The is a shuttle frim the hotel to the city which is nice, but it's not as often as it should. The breakfast is okay.

Nettes Personal, gepflegte aber ältere Ablage, Betten gut, Zimmer sehr geräumig. Am Pool sehr sehr wenig Liegen. Gym alt aber sehr gut, nur kein Wasser und keine Handtücher dort. Frühstück gut aber oft wird das falsche Ei-Omlett gebracht, da Personal wenig Englisch spricht und versteht.

Okey pool men ont om solstolar och eftersom det var lågvatten var stranden inte toppen. Frukosten var bra med rimligt utbud, trevligt med omelett som gjordes på begäran. 7/10 Gym var bra, trevligt rum med biljard mm Städning av allmänna ytor kunde vara bättre och hotellet var lite naggat i kanten.

Vi boede et par og en baby i en uge på hotellet. Pros: Ligger i et stille område Ingen mennesker på stranden Solnedgang ved stranden Meget venligt personale Fint poolområde Gratis shufflebus til Al Nang om eftermiddagen Cons: Ligger lidt langt fra restauranter, ikke oplagt at gå med baby Taxa bestilt gennem hotellet koster 600 baht til Ao Nang, og det kan være svært at få fat i en Grab eller lign. Havvandstanden er stærkt påvirket af tidevandet

Espectacular

Éste ha sido uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado en Tailandia y llevo más de 40 días viajando por acá. El servicio es impecable el personal es muy amable las habitaciones amplias y cómodas la piscina limpia las toallas y sábanas imperfecto estado y en general el servicio es muy bueno el desayuno podría ser mejor.
