Dårligste madras.

Har ALDRIG før i mit liv oplevet så hård en madras i en seng. Skal aldrig overnatte på det hotel igen. Er stadig øm i ryggen, efter det er to uger siden jeg overnattede på Riverside.

Hotel sem apoio ao cliente a noite

Chegamos a noite e não tivemos o menor​ apoio dos funcionários. Entregaram a chave nas nossas mãos e não disseram onde ficava o quarto. Fomos em dois prédios com todas as malas até achar o local correto. Péssimo serviço!

Yövyin hotellin uudemmassa rakennuksessa. Huoneet siistit, hyvä sänky, mukavat lakanat ja erittäin hyvä suihku. Valitettavasti hotelli on todella meluisa. Ilmastointi pitää todella kovaa meteliä, äänieristys parvekkeelle ja käytävään olematon. Aamupala perus surkea paahtoleipä, marmeladi ja kahvi. Samaan hintaan Krabi Townissa parempiakin.

sehr sauber und alles sehr frisch renoviert

Wir kamen einen Tag zu spaet, das Hotel hat uns dennoch den vollen Aufenthalt ohne Aufpreis gewaehrt! Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat im Thema Sicherheit hohe Massstaebe gesteckt, Kameras auf jeder Etage, die Tuer zum Treppenhaus ist nur fuer Gaeste des Hotels begehbar und kann mit der eigenen Schluesselkarte entriegelt werden. Es scheint frisch renoviert worden zu sein. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Comfort ausgestattet, Save, Kuehlschrank, Wasserkocher, Aschenbecher, gratis Shampoo und Seife. Die Dusche ist ein Traum, sehr starkes und heisses wasser, sowas habe ich in Thailand bisher noch nicht erleben duerfen. Die Zimmer werden jeden tag gereinigt und es gibt frischen Kaffe und zwei Flaschen wasser gratis. Die Laage ist ein wenig abseits, sehr ruhig. Innerhalb von 5-10 minuten erreicht man alles was man sich traeumen laesst: Nachtmaerkte, Sehenswuerdigkeiten und viele Bars mit Live musik. ein Restaurant verkauft wirklich frischen Fisch, gegenueber, es schmeckt einfach grandios und der Preis ist erschwinglich. Wer auf der Durchreise ein schoenes, sauberes Hotel in Zentrumsnaehe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

When making a booking I reviewed the pictures. Booked, went to check in and was given a room in a completely different building. I don't need to mention the room looked different than on images.
