We are sorry that some aspects of your stay may not live up to your expectations. Regards to serving milk at breakfast, you may have overlooked as we do serve milk daily in a transparent juice dispenser place next to the water and fruit juice station. As well on our official website, we stated that we are a Halal hotel; therefore we do not serve alcoholic beverages. Notably, the staff uniform blends with the Muslim culture and we are sorry that you didn't feel comfortable, although we do not have any restrictions to a non-Muslim dress code as we value all cultures to our resort. I would hate to think that this would discourage you from returning as we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our resort in the near future.

Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your stay with us. I'm very disappointed that we were not one step ahead to meet your expectation. Please rest assured that we have no intention to disappoint you, but probably due to miscommunication. For that, we must apologize. Regards to transportation, we offer free scheduled shuttle service to Krabi town daily and we could easily assist any guests to anywhere they wish as long as they ask. We understand the inconvenience of debit card usage for hotel payment as most of the hotels require a credit card because of the way the card authorization system works. I am sorry if you were not informed of an ATM machine at a Family Mart that is available just stepping away from the hotel.
