It’s fine if you’re just stopping through for a night but I wouldn’t recommend as a vacation spot. It’s pretty inconvenient from the town and not somewhere where you want to spend time at the hotel. No alcohol on the premises. We also had a ton of mosquitos in our room when we got there and got several bites while sleeping. One plus is they offer a cheap shuttle to the pier so it’s a convenient stop if you’re heading to phi phi. Also, the staff was really kind and helpful so these comments are more for the owners than the employees who work there.

The staff were polite and helpful. But it isn’t up what I would expect from a four star resort. The TV had multiple channels, but had Thai, Japanese, French, Italian and Arabic language channels- not one in English. And the breakfast, I’m sorry to say was almost inedible to a westerner, it was totally Halal, which is fine, but it was a limited selection, the only warm (nothing hot) food was toast you made yourself or salty baked beans, otherwise the food was partly cooked or just plain cold. Oh and the dead cockroaches in the bathroom in the restaurant didn’t cheer my wife up at all.

Quiet Hotel
A good place for an overnight stop before going to Phi Phi. The hotel is in a quiet area with not much around, although there is a nice restaurant opposite and a small village within walking distance. A shuttle bus can take you into town to visit the night market for a small fee. The breakfast was okay. We never used the pool but it looked okay too. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the girl on reception.

The location was close to the river and shuttle busses offered into Krabi centre. Our room smelt a little damp and the service was fine but wasn’t above and beyond. Not a bad spot if your using as a stop over on the way to somewhere else

Be aware, this is an alcohol free hotel as it seems to cater to the Muslim crowd. The description on Expedia is very misleading, indicating the hotel has a bar, pool bar, mini bar in room etc ("a poolside bar where guests can unwind with a drink"). We were not too impressed and only stayed 1 of our 2 nights here. The hotel itself is a bit out of the way from anything else, so don't expect to be able to walk across the street for a beer. The hotel was spotless and very beautiful. Check in was a bit disorganized as they couldn't find our reservation and we had to wait 45 minutes while they called Expedia.

Pretty Hotel with Bad Cleaning
The hotel in itself is beautiful and well done. Unfortunately everything on the bed was stained which was gross. Plus there was black hair all over in the bathroom and the tile slipped away from the shower so no mater what you do the water will get everywhere! Location was great for walking to the ferry station but was not near anything else. And as a heads up this is a no alcohol facility, we were ok with it but it could be a trip ruined for other people.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely staff. Beds are quite hard. Taxi fares quite high from there....so if you can...it is good to take the free shuttle to town. They need a 2 pm pick up time....felt that was missing. Otherwise great place for a Thailand adventure.

There website is misleading in that they DO NOT have a shuttle from the airport. The website also mentions shuttle to town, but they charge extra after 4 PM. The hotel restaurant DID NOT honor the 10% discount that the front desk provided, and would not adjust the bill at check out; most unprofessional.

Nice enough hotel but totally lacking in atmosphere, felt completely empty when we were there, empty restaurant and lobby, just a few people at the pool. We wondered where everyone went - day trips perhaps but when we saw a couple of coaches return everyone disappeared! We went out to explore but hotel is remote and down the road was just a mini mart and local houses. One or two deserted restaurants in walking distance. Be aware that this area is Muslim and all about halal food. No alcohol in the hotel too and it felt like there was a dress code. I didn’t feel comfortable in a vest top for example as all the staff (and some guests) were completely covered up. Room was lovely, staff helpful, and can’t really fault facilities but no sea views here and we went to bed at 8pm as it was so quiet and remote. Pretty happy we were just there one night as can’t imaginr what we’d have done if we were there longer. We skipped breakfast as there was no milk and basically lots of halal meat on offer.

Regards to serving milk at breakfast, you may have overlooked as we do serve milk daily in a transparent juice dispenser place next to the water and fruit juice station. As well on our official website, we stated that we are a Halal hotel; therefore we do not serve alcoholic beverages. Notably, the staff uniform blends with the Muslim culture and we are sorry that you didn't feel comfortable, although we do not have any restrictions to a non-Muslim dress code as we value all cultures to our resort. I would hate to think that this would discourage you from returning as we do hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our resort in the near future.

Stunning hotel, No alcohol, A little far away...
The hotel is beautiful...the rooftop pool and the balconies looking over the town catch beautiful sunsets. One thing to note is no alcohol is served in the hotel, so you will want to go out to drink. The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the night market in Krabi town, and that is where you will find all the cool bars and restaurants. If the hotel was a bit closer to the action it would be great, but it felt a little isolated and because there was no alcohol, we didn't feel like staying on the property. Overall beautiful rooms and great service, but we prefer location and being able to unwind with some drinks at our hotel when the weather turns inclement.

There is nothing around the hotel. A shuttle service is offered but past a certain time (if you wanna go out for a drink) you have to pay for it.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast same every morning not the cooked food but other. No cheese though we requested as,were there 3 nights. No cakes. No variety of fruit. Staff in dining room should speak some English. Overall very good.

We requested Anniversary and Nice view room. But they didn't prepare well. We already sent request from Hotel website.I don't want to say 2times so I didn't say to them. And transportation is inconvenient. Also we don't understand even Thailand issued Debit card can't use.and no ATM in hotel. It's very inconvenient.

Very nice pool, no gym, staff don’t seem organized and we were bugged throughout breakfast to pay, but no one seemed to know how much or who to pay (perhaps this was due to language barrier, few staff spoke English). Rooms are clean and spacious, very quiet, great seafood restaurant across the road (we went back twice). Beds are very hard and we did not sleep comfortably.

We felt like royalty at the Krabi Front Bay Resort! It is large, spacious, has a lovely pool, and the front desk staff are phenomenal. They were extremely helpful when it came to booking excursions and they went above and beyond to answer all our questions. The resort is about 20 minutes from Ao Nang and 10 minutes from Krabi town.

Money waste
I was supposed to stay for 3 nights & i ended up staying there for less than 24 hours. Its in The worst location ever in krabi .... scary dark street ... all services are addetional charge and very expensive ... hotel manager is so sassy and she refused to come down and help. Meanwhile, there was a guy in the reciption called Yop he was very helpful and decent.

You could probably do better.
Very clean place, but out of the way- some 2-3 km from town. The shuttle into town was operating about 6 times a day, so that was ok. DON'T RELY ON THEIR FERRY PICKUP- it never happened, despite the fact that they confirmed it on email. It is also no alcohol- maybe I didn't read the fine print!

Fantastic service, free shuttle, close to pier
Would definitely recommend. The free shuttle service goes to the pier and also to and from Krabi town. Staff are excellent.

This hotel was clean and nice, worth for price. They conveniently provide shuttle bus to both Krabi town and pier. Staffs were friendly, room was clean enough, just nice for short stay.

A waste of money.
Stay somewhere else. The beds here are the same I found in hotels a quarter of the price (hard and uncomfortable). The hotel offers transport for a premium price and one occasion they never returned to pick up at the designated time and place even though I prepaid for the return trip (it was quite stressful to find a ride back from Ao Nang late at night for a fair price). The hotel is not in walking distance of anything. They also would not call a cab to go to the airport on departure... instead they offered to price gouge me for their own shuttle at 600 baht).

very quite.
If your seeking some quite time this is the hotel for you. It’s about a 20 minute walk to downtown Krabi, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service if you don’t want to walk. The beach is across the street.

Nice peaceful and clean!
First time in Krabi.. wonderful experiences.. hotel staffs was helpful and smiling at all times.. recommended for couples getaway trip or just a short nights stay. Lots of Halal food around.. Room was spacious, clean and I love the lovely swan decorated on the bed :) Thank you so much! And room was already makeup when we came back from our half day trip. It was Excellent! This hotel is amazing.
After another hard business day on the road we arrived at Krabi Bayfront Resort and were greeted and cared for by the most wonderful staff I have seen in any Asian Hotel and by far the best in Thailand. The hotel is perfectly clean and tidy. Thanks so much to management and staff and we will see you again.

Very nice hotel close to pier
We picked this hotel because it was close to the pier to catch our ferry to Phi Phi Island the next morning. The hotel has a free shuttle to the pier and also into Krabi town. However we walked into town, about 30 minutes along the river. Our room was large, clean with a huge shower. They have a very nice infinity pool on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a large selection of food options. This is a good hotel if you are in transit for one night or staying for a few days in Krabi and using it as a base for day trips in the Krabi area.

Wonderful Krabi town.
The hotel is a 10mins drive away from Krabi town. It provides free regular shuttle service to the town. The hotel is abt 2 years old and it's well maintained. The hotel also runs a seafood restaurant by the river. A few stalls selling food and provisions are within walking distance.Room was large, bright and airy. Breakfast is average.Krabi town is a jumping place to the islands. It retains its local charm. I like the night markets best where all the wonderful local cuisine is show cased. Thai cuisine is simply delicious and the local fruits are yummy. Must try the dipping condiments with the fruits!!

Stayed only one night, great rest
