Best location in Ao Nang and quiet area.

I always use this hotel when traveling to the Krabi area in Thailand, because of it's location, friendly staff and it is located in a quiet area. It is not the best standard on this hotel, and they do not advertise this either, BUT you get a hotel that has the absolutely best location at Ao Nang Beach with only about a minutes walk from the beach, and the shopping area are only a minute away. They also offer you a very afordable ride to and from airport, scooter rental at best price, help you with any kind of booking to any of the many islands around Krabi, and are always helpful with anything you would like to know and ALWAYS have a smile to give. The AC works great and wi-fi works great with high speed, and I have never had any problems connecting. Like I said in the beginning, if you are looking for a top quality hotel, this is not the one for you, but if you are ok with a hotel that has a lower standard, you will be satisfied with Top View.

Dålig städning och saknar stolar.

Städningen av rummet bestod i att sängen bäddades. Toalett städades uruselt. Fanns ingen vattenkokare att låna, fast det stog att det fanns. Dubbelrum med 1 stol? Inga möbler på balkongen. Inga sängbord. Men storleken på rummet var helt ok.

Great value

My second time on this hotel, good value for money. Near the beach and all services, good view and you can buy great breakfast. Very helpfull staff. Basic Rooma, all you need for your stay.

Fräscht hotell med nära till allt!

Vi inledde vår Thailands-resa på Top View och är mycket nöjda med boendet, till och med positivt överraskade. Hotellet var fräschare än vad vi trodde det skulle vara vilket såklart att trevligt! Läget är superbra där man bor väldigt nära stranden och enkelt tar sig ner till Long-Tail båtarna för att åka på utflykter. Det ligger nära till verkligen allt och trots att det är mycket trafik längs den stora gatan nedanför hör man nästan ingenting från gatan. Hotellet ligger bakom några hus som tar upp bullerljuden åt en men trots att det är max 100 meter ner till vägen. Vill man bo enkelt, prisvärt och fräscht med närhet till allt är Top View perfekt. Vi var två par i 26-30års åldern som reste och vi kände att vi verkligen fick valuta för pengarna under vår vistelse. De hjälpte dessutom till med att boka färja åt oss när vi skulle till Phi Phi för ett konkurrenskraftigt pris där de också ordnade med upphämtning osv.

Clean, basic hotell room. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Ok breakfast for extra charge. In the middle of everything, and still very close to beach, 1 minute walk. Going back in the end of my holiday :)

The location is excellent for getting to see Ao Nang's streets and night life, and the beach is indeed a five-minute walk away. It's convenient, the staff is helpful and gives good prices on travel and tours ($1200baht for the 4-island tour and $500b to get to Lanta from the lobby), and the room was clean and the a/c worked--though was hard to control. You do get what you pay for, though: the bed was incredibly hard (an excuse to get more massages though!), The water heat and pressure varied wildly, the sheets and towels were clean but old and a little stained/worn, you only get two tiny bars of soap (though you do get free water and beach towels), and you have to walk up a fairly steep 30-second hill plus stairs to get to your room from the street. And you won't see the ocean from your room. Worth the price definitely, but don't expect luxury.

Mein Zimmer war bei der Anreise nicht sauber. Haare überall auf dem Boden. Es fehlen zB Nachtische und es ist nur eine Steckdose zum Laden von Handy, Foto vorhanden. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich bei meiner Anreise und auch das Englisch war schwierig.

Hotellet har fantastisk placering! Du betaler for placeringen. Værelset er okay. Der er dog pletter og huller på lagnerne og det varme vand virker ikke rigtigt, selvom vi klagede over det, blev det aldrig fikset men vi vænnede os til det. Hvis du bor her skal du helt sikkert spise på Lion&shark som er det bedste morgenmads sted i byen. Vi spiste her hver morgen og ofte til frokost. Det ligger oppe af de sjove trapper lige inden den store vej.

This is a nice hotel very close to the beach but just off the main road . The eastern facing rooms have beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff here was very friendly and helpful with booking tours and transportation .

Paid for TOP View Hotel and you are checked in another building because on arrival they informed us that the hotel with sea view is full and we will stay in another one because there are three hotels/ buildings adveraised as one Staff was very rude and impolite and hardly only one woman was speaking a kind of English.

Hotel very near to the beach

The room is nice, have air condition and fan.But hotel not provide water kettle and iron. We need to take hot water in hotel kitchen when we needed. This hotel located near the beach but you need to climb hill a bit. Also, we got room at 4th floor which is tiring to climb the bill and plus 4th floor. There is no lift. But overall, it is worth your penny.

Good for a night or two

Decent hotel, but overpriced. Rooms clean and newly renovated. Service ok. No night security. No hangers in closet. No light over bathroom sink. No chairs on balcony. Ants will come quickly if you drop any food, otherwise no problem. AC new and good. Only two English-speaking TV channels (news). WiFi decent. Location is excellent, 3 minutes walk from the beach. Restaurants, minimarts, bars (RCA) etc. nearby.
