We had absolutely no complaints at all. We got upgraded to a pool room (had a 5 night stay). Perfectly located (just away from the craziness), but still next to awesome restaurants, night markets. Restaurant nice, staff nice. Would definitely stay again.

Very chilled decent Hotel with nice pool. Friendly stuff. Only the fridge was borror but if you leave the moldy thing closed everything is good. Breakfast is completely sufficient. It's all pretty new, but the marble in the room is damaged etc. The Thai craftsmen are not that careful when installing it. 😅 But all in all good hotel to recommend for the price. We enjoyed

The hotel was nicely located. But aside from that it was kinda meh. The staff were friendly but average. The room was alright but not 100% clean. We found a huge cockroach in our bathroom which kinda scared me for the whole stay there. Also the pictures look nice but when you get there and realize that all the rooms face in to the pool you realize that you have 0 privacy if you go on your balcony or open your window. The pictures don’t feature the grubby halls to our room. I would say this is more of a nicer motel as opposed to hotel. I will say, we stayed at a much nicer place in Ao Nang right before our stay here so we were comparing everything and it didn’t match the previously high standard of our other hotel.

Rooms NOT AS ADVERTISED! DO NOT STAY HERE! I arrived with my husband, parents and friend. We were " upgraded". All 3 rooms smelled like insecticide. Signs of bedbugs, stains everywhere. The place looked like a dump compared to the photos that are posted online. Left immediately but wish I would have taken photos to post. We could not get our money back.
