Thus has been our third stay here. The team from checking in to checking out were fantastic, The resort is in excellent condition, the pools are fantastic breakfast is unbelievable. We used room service 3 of the 7 nights, the quality if the food was top class and huge portions. My congratulations to the management of the hotel. Special mention to Waan in the restaurant at breakfast, she was so friendly and welcoming. What a STAR!!! Also KAE part of the house keeping team, always returned to an impeccable room. We loved our stay and can’t wait until we return next year.

This place is beautiful. The room was exactly how it was in the picture. The staff are nice and friendly. Very peaceful hotel. I got the best massage ever from the spa! The hotel does not have alcohol for sale because they are Muslim. Breakfast was included. Dinning options were available for an additional cost. They also have a very convenient hourly shuttle bus service to Ao Nang beach and the strip with all the small shops and resturants.

Room was not clean when I arrived, and housekeeping was very minimal so it got worse every day. Got woken up on day 3 at 4am by AC ceiling vent heavily dripping on floor and flooding room — called concierge and they took 15 mins to come while the flooding continued. When the maintenance person arrived, he looked at the water on the floor and said he would need to come back — waited over an hour. Breakfast was beyond bad.
