Nice one

Finding the hostel was tricky- it’s whithin an apartment complex. The room is small but that comes as no surprise in Hong Kong. Otherwise, the place is very clean and quiet. It has air conditioning and a bed big enough to sleep two. The area is also quite fun!

If you really need a bed, and nothing else matters

Booked at the last minute, and quite pricey, but I was hoping for a nice, if basic room. There were some problems. Finding the hotel was a nightmare, as it isn't at the booking address: you only see this deep down in the booking email. On a mobile phone, I missed this. It also requested emailing the staff to get into the hotel, but there was no email address given. There was phone number, and I finally called this (super-expensive via the UK), but the respondent, though helpful, didn't speak much English. I finally got an email address and mailed this, to which I quickly received a detailed and useful response, and so was able to locate the building and get access to the hotel's floor level. The hotel/hostel is based in a shared building, and some of this building space is pretty run down (image included). I had a passcode to enter the hotel, as it isn't manned by a receptionist, and I could use a QR code to enter the room. The room was about 3 paces long, and two wide, and just under half of it was the bathroom (see photo). This is tiny! The management is obviously trying, and the room seemed clean, if a bit beaten up. The linen and bedsheets were also clean. There was a TV, kettle and USB, so this was good. After going out in the evening, I tried to get back into the room, but the QR code lock didn't work - I kept resetting it, but nothing. It finally worked after 15 mins, but was a major panic - with my phone now out of credit, I would have been stuck if it hadn't opened.

熊貓旅舍

不錯，除了有一個拾到東西也不報的housekeeping， 和連續住兩晚冇熱水的房間外（笑）我肯定，如果她真的沒有拾到那袋東西，那我一定是有精神分裂，兩個腦袋和兩對眼都清楚記得留在房間，她也可以說沒有，高招 so bad ，The cleaning woman pick up something for the guest ， do not say anything ，have no hot water for two days

旅館資訊不正確

這家有三點欺瞞顧客。第一它根本不是旅館，是由大樓住房改裝。第二它不叫一刻館，而是天星館。第三它的Check in 櫃檯根本不在這個地址。所以我拖著行李在九龍街上多繞了近40分鐘，東找西問才進到房間來。這是個非常不好的經驗，建議hotels.com應該要求旅館提供正確資訊，避免誤導顧客。

måtte ringe fra flyplassen da resepsjonen ikke er i samme byggning som rommene, en får en kode og nøkkelkort står i døra når du kommer rommet. Veldig liten plass men også veldig sentralt til TST. Passer for en person. Dusj sluken var tett og det tok lang tid før vannet rant ut. Rom med en seng og dusj. 20 min til flyplassen. 1 min til MTR, Thats it.

差!!!當日11:00pm 打算check in,打去電話多次没有回應，去到reservation一個人都無，在煩惱之際火警鐘突然響起，見到防煙門有大煙，當然立刻離開，再次致電仍然無反應...惟有離開...及後想退款，酒店竟說是火警誤嗚不能退款..../-\

Good stay except for one big thing

Stay was good, comfortable enough especially for the price. The fact that the hotel reception is completely in another location and this is not publicised on the site and is a nasty surprise when you arrive in the middle of the night...that is BAD.

受付が別の建物なのでいろいろ不便

地下鉄駅に近く利便性は高いが、とにかく狭い。女性ならまだしも、男性が泊まるには狭すぎる。フロントが別の建物なのと、電話に出ないので不安なことが多いホテル。せめて電話に出てくれればいろいろな不安は解消されるが、安いのでそこはサービスカットしているのか？？

Great Location, but very small place 좋은 환경 하지만 후짐

There was fantastic location but, it's hard to find right location. Especially, Hostel' reception was other district and even there' no informm at this HOTELS DOT COM! I worked 15 min for finding reception desk. Otherwise, room was small but clean enought and cozy. 위치는 좋으나 다른건 그닥. 그나마 가격대비 나쁘지 않음. 젊은 여행객에겐 추천 할 만.

房間雖小,但是位置非常便利

雖然房間很小,且沒有冰箱跟杯子~但是整體感覺很乾淨,CHECK-IN要先到安樂大廈的櫃檯再由服務人員帶你去房間,我們此次被安排到比我們原本預訂的位置還要更便利的金馬大廈,位置非常便利,從尖沙咀地鐵B2出口走出來不用3分鐘就到旅館,附近有超市還有好吃的查理布朗咖啡廳、洪利粥店還可以很方便的買到曲奇4重奏的蝴蝶酥跟Jenny Bakery...雖然房價沒有便宜到那去~也沒有room service但是每天都會來換毛巾整理一下環境,且每間房間的佈置都不相同~如果下次有機會再到香港~會再選擇這一間旅館的!!!

レセプションがインフォメーションの住所に存在しません。 恐らく本来は別途レセプションの案内がメールで届くものと推測しますが、私の場合には届きませんでした。 自力でなんとかレセプションを見つけましたが、価格を考慮するとお勧めできません。
