"The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was vey good (considering it is a free breakfast), well above expectations. The rooms are very small, but for the price, adequate. The parking could be difficult when the lot hits capacity (there is a partnered lot nearby but it is a little inconvenient). However, the neighborhood is nice and safe, walking everywhere was easy. For the price, this hotel was incredible (as long as the realization is understood that the cost is a fraction of other hotels)....

"We‘ve booked 2 rooms for 2 each. None of the toom was prepared and one of the bed even had a filthy sheet as if someone with a big wound lied there before. The pillows were terrible. Barely empty and far from confortable. The hotel lies betwen the TÜV Center and the Autobahn in the middle of the industrial area. At least it had lots of space for parking and easy to find. Also positive we like say that the staff was very friendly and the sheets were changes immediately after we asked for it. Also...

"Overall, the hotel was nice, clean and close to a U-Bahn station. I had the breakfast a few times and it was good with dietary options available. However, a big reason I booked with ACHAT was their laundry access, which they actually do not have. When I asked the front desk they said they used to have laundry, but no longer. I was directed to a laundromat near by, which I spent an hour trying to find on foot and on Google, but ended up having to take the U-Bahn to the nearest laundromat. Not...

"We stayed here to attend Oktoberfest and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The entire property was incredibly clean & secure, the staff was friendly & helpful, and the restaurant & bar on site was wonderful. Not to mention, it’s directly across the street from one of the entrances to Oktoberfest, which was incredibly convenient for us. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for your stay in Munich. "
