Not bad location, however one needs to drive to get to any civilisation i.e. 7 km to Kotor & 7 km to Perast. Close to the "beach" & swim in the Bay. View not as nice as on the photo. I had the room looking at the mountain's top on the main road side, pretty nie. The host - a nice lady but doesn't speak English. Very difficult to find that place, GPS didn't recognize the address given. Some guy phoned the property & got directions for me. No breakfast served, but facility to make it yourself is there.

Wir sind hier durch einen glücklichen Zufall untergekommen und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Wir waren knapp acht Tage dort und hatten eine phantastische Zeit. Die Vermieterin Anna und ihr Sohn Filip sind herzensgute Menschen. Sie waren sehr nett, haben uns gute Restaurant-Tipps gegeben und waren auch sonst da, wenn wir was brauchen. Unser Appartment war mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist einfach super (Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge und das Meer). Der Garten und der private "Strand" sind toll und wurden häufig durch uns genutzt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen mega schönen Aufenthalt und würden immer wieder kommen.

About 10km from the Old Town. You can either take the number 10 bus from outside the shopping mall( 1€) or get a taxi for about 7€. The property has WiFi and had a kitchen which we could use. The walk down to the end of the garden revealed the true beauty of the property- the bay! You can use the loungers for free all day long. We did walk it to the old town most days and this took just over an hour. Would definitely come back to this place. Hospitality was great and Filip made us feel at home and spoke good English. Buses only run once an hour.
