Huge pool areas and gym. Great for kids with lots of children's play areas and pools.

Good location within shopping, food & daily stuff just inside one Borneo mall. No view as located 1st floor and quite noisy as the car moving in and out inside the car park . Stays 3 night overall still highly recommended to stay.

Phoebe, the home owner was gracious and friendly. Contacted several times to confirm on our itinerary at KK and to formalize on total number of pax to ensure her house was sufficiently equipped with everything we need. Albeit the slight confusion on searching for the designated parking spot, 1 Borneo itself was easy to find and location is very convenient. The house itself is tastefully done and our 11-pax group were very comfortable throughout the 2-day stay in KK. We can't thank the host enough for accommodating our family and hope to see you in person next time we're in KK!
