"Everyone and everything is great. Zalfa at check in was par excellence and also helped in making train reservation for me. The area is bustling with stores, live music bands, food, horse carriages and what not. Excellent area to stay in. Zalfa also helped in extending our stay for one more night. Highly recommend. "

"The staff are friendly, the room is clean, but tired looking.I saw notification they are refurbishing the rooms. Location is great, within walking distance from Yogyakarta Tugu train station, about 10 to 12 minutes, and also about 20+ minutes to Keraton and the presidential palace.

"A beautiful hotel very well located. The property is charming, with an exception pool to relax after visiting the amazing temples in Yogyakarta. And it has one of the best breakfast buffets we had in our trip."

"Stayed for three nights, had an absolutely wonderful time. Highlights were the gorgeous pool (just the right temperature, every other pool we’ve had in Indonesia has been way too hot!), the friendly staff, and the enormous breakfast buffet — if you’re hesitating about paying the extra for the free breakfast, it’s absolutely worth it, and it’s a little different every day. There was some construction going on and we had a city view room which would have looked out onto it, so they were kind...

"Excellent hotel with very friendly staff and the most extensive and varied breakfast buffet that we’ve ever come across!
Our room was well equipped, with a big, comfort bed and plenty of space.
All the staff, from door staff, reception, breakfast buffet staff were excellent, always smiling, helpful and professional.
In particular Ocha, who was one of the reception staff was particularly helpful with arranging transport and making reservations at places of interest. She was really lovely!
Equally, Dedi, the driver who took us to and from the airport and who we hired for a day to drive us around was excellent. Dedi was very professional, safe and looked after us really well. He took things very seriously and must have eyes like a hawk as, whenever we exited a place of interest, even if it had a big car park he would be driving up to us within a few seconds! Highly recommended!"

"Excellent room and services and excellent staff. Reception staff Tamara was very accommodative of our needs and she even arrange a car with driver for us for a 12 hour trip starting early morning. The staff at the restaurant and the roof top bar were excellent too and provided us our choice of food that were not in the menu. I highly recommend this hotel."
