"An excellent hotel. Located on the edge of the old town with restaurants and supermarket near by. Step away from Metro and trams. However, this hotel is big and hosted many people. Breakfast was ok but not very impressive. Is a good choice if you could get it at a sale price, otherwise, it can be pricey."

The location is excellent—right in the heart of Prague, making it very easy to walk to the main sights, restaurants, and attractions. Our room was excellent: comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and good quality. The only negative experience was at checkout. A service fee was added to our bill that had not been disclosed to us beforehand. We had to point this out and ask for it to be removed. The hotel did remove the charge, which we appreciated, but it was awkward that guests have to notice and challenge a fee that was not clearly disclosed. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it, but I hope management will make all charges completely transparent to guests in the future. That would make an otherwise excellent experience even better."
