"コテージに泊まりましたが古いだけでなくすえたようなカビ臭いような匂いが最悪でした。 押入れの布団も臭くて古いし不潔。 掲載されている写真では、トイレ洗面などの水回りやユニットバスもリニューアルされているかのように見えますが、20年前位のかなり古いものでした。いくら夏休み期間とはいえ2泊朝食のみで16万（犬の宿泊は別）に見合うと思えません。ホスピタリティもゼロ。"

"The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. "I loved the onsite Onsen and style of traditional Japanese hotel rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful! Amenities were great! Beautiful hotel room view! The only downside is that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Nagano, so plan ahead as it’s not easy to reach via walking. Shuttle buses are readily available however to help get around."
