"I was expecting more I guess. Beds were awful as well as bedding. Upstairs noise was loud. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. Towels subpar. Didn't stay for breakfast so can't speak on that. Had I paid full price I probably would of been upset! "

"Parking is ok. There isn't much to the breakfast selections. This trip was a bit disappointing. I never could get the TV to work with the remote, and my AC kept turning off. There are always people hanging around outside the back door and parking lot. "

"Stone Lake Lookout was a beautiful property. Perfect for our family trip for our nieces wedding & close to our family. Joseph was very accommodating & quick to respond. Although the weather was a little chilly, the property would be an amazing place to pick in the summer as the lake view is both front & back. Would definitely pick this property again!"

"We had a wonderful time! The property was just as described. The view was incredible. Lots of full length windows looking out onto the lake. Very comfortable. It was just my husband and I, but we could have easily taken our whole family and had plenty of room. Jamie was very accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go back in the summer or during the fall. I’m sure the fall leaves around the lake are amazing."

"My stay was cancelled three hours before check in. Had I not seen the notification as I was leaving my house I would have driven two hours to find I had no place to stay. The cancellation notice had not said “ENVIRONMENTAL” with no further explanation. I texted the host a couple of times to find out why the last minute cancellation and got no response. Very unprofessional and caused a massive inconvenience that could have been much worse. "

"PROS;The house is well designed and beautifully furnished.The view is spectacular.The appliances, furnishings, etc. are in great shape.We enjoyed using the ping pong and pool table.It's clean.The CONS:If you cannot sleep in daylight, this is not the place for you. The shades are see-through and let in the daylight.The downstairs is cold in the winter, with only floor heating which the owner wants to keep at a low temperature.Communication with the owner can be problematic. We were given the wrong door code. Mistakes can happen, but we had much difficulty reaching the owners to obtain the correct code. While standing in the cold outside the door or huddled with the car heater, we called them repeatedly, left several voice messages, and texted both of them about the problem. It took what we felt was an unreasonable amount of time to reach them, despite telling them what time we would arrive."
