"Beautiful architecture inside and out with lots of different activities to do while on campus. Staff were really helpful and there was plenty of food and drink, both at a very high standard. This was the first time I have experienced having a free mini bar which was replenished daily. The only thing I would say that could do with being improved is breakfast/Dinner in the main restaurant (didn’t have lunch in there so cannot comment). If you don’t go to this location early you are likely to miss out on some food items or end up with warm/cold items as once the food is cooked and served it doesn’t stay hot where it is left. If you arrive late for breakfast half of the items that would be available in the main food hall aren’t once the area has been condensed. You’ll only receive what I would say would be popular items eg fried eggs, pancakes and frankfurters. But do not let the above put you off staying at this hotel as when the food is hot it is delicious but you may just have to time when you go to eat. We had lunch at the same restaurant everyday (unfortunately I cannot remember the name of it) located right near the beach it has a good variety of foods that will keep you and the family going until dinner time the added bonus of grabbing an ice cream/slushie for you/kids afterwards from the bar located opposite. Very good value for money for what you get and the services provided. "

"Beautiful resort especially the main floor reception area. It’s clean and spacious. There’s lots of comfortable seating. The Turkish bath with the scrub and massage was excellent. The pool although big was very cold. It would have been nice if it was a bit heated. The buffet has a lot of options but repetitive for lunch and dinner. The only thing I found was that the entertainment was not the best. We were there for 5 days four nights and the same performer repeated her performance on two of those nights. Don’t get me wrong she was good but they could have changed it up a bit. Plus making us pay to play Bingo was silly especially since there were different prices for different people. I was charged one price and another of the entertainment staff offered another client 2 cards for less than what I paid for one card. That’s not right. First to charge in an all inclusive and second to charge different rates."
