La Brisa is in an excellent location, near the beach and my favourite restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, has a pool and Netflix on tv. The manager was very helpful, when I said the bed was a bit too hard he sorted it out for me. I will definitely be staying here again!

Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, und auch der Manager sowie die Rezeption waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle haben sich bemüht, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die das Management meiner Meinung nach verbessern sollte. Für mich war die Sauberkeit leider nicht optimal. Die Reinigung der Zimmer wirkte nicht besonders hygienisch, da die Reinigungskräfte offenbar nur ein Wischtuch und einen Mop ohne Wassereimer für mehrere Zimmer verwendet haben. Die Zimmerreinigung empfand ich als nicht ausreichend hygienisch. Es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, warum die Zimmerdamen mit Einkaufswagen von Zimmer zu Zimmer gehen und damit die Reinigung durchführen, anstatt mit professionellen Reinigungswagen zu arbeiten. Auch ein geeigneter Wassereimer und ausreichend saubere Reinigungstücher sollten selbstverständlich sein. Aus hygienischer Sicht halte ich diese Art der Reinigung für sehr problematisch. Mein Vorschlag an das Management: Bitte investieren Sie in professionelle Reinigungswagen mit getrennten Bereichen für sauberes und schmutziges Material. Auch das Frühstück könnte verbessert werden. Es gab jeden Tag praktisch das Gleiche, sodass ich das Buffet irgendwann nicht mehr sehen konnte. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch den sehr guten Kaffee. Insgesamt war das Personal wirklich sehr bemüht und freundlich. Wenn das Hotel die Sauberkeit und das Frühstück verbessern würde, wäre mein Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü bilhassa müdür Murat bey,resepsiyondaki Adnan ve Kerem beyler , mutfakta çalışanlar çok ilgililerdi her şey için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Konum plaja ve yeme içme mekanlarına çok yakındı buna rağmen çevrede gürültü yoktu.
