Great location, very accommodating staff. The hotel is currently under renovation, and the new rooms look great, but the hotel itself seems like a construction site, so they may want to warn the guests when they make a reservation. It will be great once the renovation is complete.

Difficult to find the door, even with instructions, especially if you need the accessible entrance. Would help if they sent a photo of the door and a small map. Room wasn’t available 45min prior to official start of check in which is fair. Check into room was still delayed even after returning more than an hour after check in time. Relatively bare bones, no coffee or hot water service in room. Otherwise clean and serviceable 2 star hotel.

Large top floor room with views of lake! Hotel directly across from train station, very convenient! We were there during a Harbour festival so was loud with windows open, but the band was great 😉! Great location for exploring Konstanz, tons of places to shop and eat and drink! Above a McDonald's so....late night snacking made easy! Front desk only avaliable until 9pm. They do have self check in for later than those hours.

Was across the street from the train station so was very convenient. When we asked where a nearby laundry facility was the hotel said they had a washer and dryer on premises with soap that we could use for no charge-fantastic! The facility was very safe, neat and clean. Staff were very helpful. I would certainly stay there again.

We recently stayed for 3 nights in June. Good location very close to the train station and old town. Friendly helpful staff and very clean room. The hotel is undergoing rennovation which is noticeable. We were given a room that looked new which was nice but felt like it wasn’t finished i.e. Fridge, aircon looked new but not plugged in. There also wasn’t any guidebook or QR code link so had to ask for Wifi etc. I think a work in progress which will be very nice when completed and feedback followed re guest guidance etc.

Amazing stay in Konstanz

Located right outside Konstanz train station, it was easy to reach on arrival and depart after exploring Konstanz. Hosts were very nice. Were upgraded to a room with Mountain View and the sea. Very clean hotel, with lifts available to reach all floors. Check-in was done smoothly. Heating and hot water available. Aesthetic room with super comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would certainly come back.

Great location

The downstairs was having building done so we had to use the side door. There’s cigarette butts and dog poo all around the side entrance. The reception and downstairs made it look like a youth hostel- messy, tiny desk manned by people in there early 20’s who where barely interested. Although the guy who saw us in was good. The room itself was big and bright. The blackout curtains where perfect and the beds comfy. The shower needs rubber edges on the bottom of the doors as every shower soaked the floor. The hotel is in a great location and was quiet.

The hotel is quite dated; should get a major overhaul. The price was quite high, considering the overall quality. The staff was friendly enough and offered free breakfast as compensation, but the breakfast buffet was quite limited as well and not everything was fresh. The public parking garage is right next door, which is a) convenient, but b) also quite pricey. Although there was construction going on around the property by the city, the location was very convenient right in the center of the city.

The hotel is under renovation so the lift area is very dirty and dusty. The surrounding area outside the hotel is also under going construction so the access is limited. The road leading to the hotel was blocked and not possible to park near the hotel. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning is not working due to the renovation and the staff was kind to put in a portable aircon upon request.

Hard to find but WORTH the trouble!!

It was a dark & stormy night...and we were driving around & around the blocks, unable to find this place for over 20 minutes. We just kept circling the red pin on our map but couldn't seem to land😤 Once we finally found the small, however, we were Very pleasantly surprised! Innovative key retrieval, wide hallways, & a super-large, fantastically spotless room for the 3 of us!! Hubby & daughter didn't care for the beds, but I was a fan. Room was heated by hot water that warmed it well within 20-30 min. Wi-fi was problem-free. Gorgeous view out the windows of Lake Konstanz. The ONLY negative was our shower: doors didn't want to stay closed & showerhead had some lime build-up that disrupted the water flow. We were only there for one night so no great worries. But we would absolutely stay here again & definitely recommend.

Great location and Service

Great location in a clean and well services hotel. Despite have a room directly over looking the train station and being above MacDonalds it was not that noisy and the shutters kept the light out perfectly. With a separate bedroom for the children the room was ideal for our short stay. Friendly staff and the breakfast as well managed for the Covid situation
