"This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help.
