Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Onsen is excellent. Lots of good restaurants close by.
Very nice decoration of the hotel and fun programmes (shows and kids activities etc).
My only complain was the parking, 1000yen per night was a little expensive.

Nice reception/lobby for a boutique hotel though the guest room was very average (quite small with bathroom being smaller than average).
Comfortable 10 min walk frim JR Kochi station. Note that there are two x 7days hotels near eachother though if walking from the station, you'll most likely reach the correct one first.
Reception staff speak good English and offered a choice of breakfast coupon - continental or Japanese. Breakfast is served between 7 - 9am.

Our family of 4 stayed in a traditional tatami room with futons. It was a great experience. We enjoyed the public bath and the free massage chairs are a must every day! We had breakfast included which was good and made it easy in the mornings. Local tram stop just out the front and easy to get around. The only thing the hotel needs is the name in English out the front. We caught a taxi there from the station as we had luggage and was easier, so the taxi driver new where to go, but i think...
