Loved this hotel, room size was ok-comfortable bed-lots of amenities provided at lobby- good size bathroom- love the design of the hotel in general. Indoor/outdoor Onsen were gorgeous and spacious… loved it. They also have a sem-traditional dance performance every night- we watched it, very talented, but probably a little more for kids. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Hotel itself was so clean and beautiful. The public buth was also nice because there was sauna! Moreover, the breakfast was amazing. You should definitely include the breakfast.

A very friendly, boutique hotel. Rooms are very well laid out. The public onsen is well designed and very relaxing. The staff also provides free entertainment for the guests every evening in the form of a folk dance routine! A bit far from the JR station and shopping but with easy walking distance of a tram line and My-Yu bus stop. Highly recommended.

This hotel was really nice. Clean, quiet, and the large bath was very nice. I enjoyed the staff performance at night. I have never stayed at a hotel which offers performance done by staff members in the past, and it was a very fun experience. The dinner/breakfast buffet was very good and offered many local speciality items. The only thing i wish it was different was parking. They charged parking fee to guest. Otherwise, this hotelqas very good.

Overnight stay

Checkin no problem as the hotel uses tablet which we can choose our language. Hotel provides parking 1000 yen per entry which I think it should be charged per 24 hours instead. Breakfast is buffet mainly Japanese food.

Staying in Kochi? Stay here!

I have stayed at other Hoshino accommodations and this one is also very nice. Seemed a bit out of touch without personality from the staff. Everything else was fabulous!
