"The location was very close to central train station and the grand place was about a 8 minute walk. Close to tons of restaurants and breweries. The restaurant in the pillows hotel was excellent with very nice bar as well. The bed was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. It was just what we needed after 24 hours of travel"

"Breakfast was fabulous even with lots of people at the same time. I like their open seating all day and use of a microwave and coffe/hot chocolate machine. The bed was a little hard but i like a soft mattress. The pillows were nice. The room is on the small side but the bathroom is normal sized. The overhead shower was great."

"No wash cloths, housekeeping didnt change dirty glassware, the bar is way overpriced for drinks."

"The hotel shuttle is from 4 am - 9:00 am then again at 5 pm - 11 pm. I thought it was all day and that is why I booked the hotel. It is a 10 min walk to the train. There is a hotel right on the train line that would have been more convenient. This said, it was easy to get a taxi to the airport, the free breakfast was good, the room was spacious, and the staff were very nice. "

"Stayed with family for 4 nights. Hotel very well located, safe and clean. Very friendly staff."

"Room was very big and clean with great storage space. Beds was comfy but pull out vet was awful. Stayed 4 nights, asked for housekeeping and was told they couldn’t. So we had it scheduled for the day before we left and they showed up at like 4:30 PM to do it after we had been gone all day. Asked front desk 5 times for different items, towels, remove trash, etc and not once did they do any of it. I used the message app to talk to them and the never even replied. Worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and it’s a shame because it’s a great room and location."
