Check-in was convenient for us who arrived after reception had closed, we contacted the hotel and they put the key in a lockbox that we could choose our own code. They did have incorrect instructions on the hotels.com description of the hotel. We read that guests are required to present a Covid test which made us nervous, which was of course not up to date.
