All staff members were helpful, gracious, and courteous.
Excellent breakfast, with wide array of foodstuffs, well prepared. Excellent coffee, and the croissants were still warm for the early diners. Beautiful bright room ... and Prosecco chilling at the ready, for those with something to celebrate.
Clean, bright bedroom annd bath. I appreciated the bedroom slippers. Many small touches.
And I loved the art nouveau throughout public areas.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Prague. The apartment itself was beautiful, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially loved having a closet and vanity to get ready.
Petra was very responsive whenever we had a question. She was also really accommodating with both check in and check out, which we really appreciated. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
