Koloa stay
Stayed here for 4 days upon arrival jacuzzi doesn’t work and pool isn’t heated Took them a day to fix jacuzzi . Pool still doesn’t heat . All the TVs don’t work as the streaming services and inputs don’t work Wish they got everything under control prior to arrival especially for cost of the rental Close to poipu and old Koloa

Updated 1/31/24 : TVs all function no issues were reported from guests who stayed in January 2024 The heated Pool and SPA are set at 88 degrees from 5 pm to 9 pm, if guests request a different time we are gladly happy to accommodate them.

Beautiful home!
Stayed with family and kids who all had a great time! Kids loved the pool, house was very clean, and we definitely used the outdoor showers after coming back from the beach. Would definitely book again!

Great Location-Private end Location

There were a few things not in working order, I.e. fire table. It would also be helpful to have a notebook with how things work and location of things.

Amazing two story dwelling tastefully decorated with kid friendly pool/jacuzzi
Overall, we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation thanks to this beautiful property with all the amenities and upgrades. Large screen TV with Netflix, high speed internet, AC and heated pool. A bit off the beaten path but worth the drive and Kiahuna shopping center and Koloa town nearby. Outstanding property! Would come me again!

Amazing house in Poipu
This home is beautiful and so well equipped for families that like to cook. The pool was the perfect size and we got to know the resident chickens that visited each morning to watch us drink coffee (a hen we named Cookie and a rooster the kids named Chunkus). The beach chairs, umbrella and shade tent were PERFECT and we didn't rent a thing! (A little beach cooler would be the only addition I'd recommend.) This was a wonderful, quiet new way to experience Kauai. We would love to come back!

Unbelievable
What an amazing place! We had the most amazing stay and time. House is beyond beautiful and we fit perfectly. Quick walk down the hill to get coffee and to the beach. Golf was also to get to. Eight down the hill also. We will be back to enjoy again! Thank you!

Even better than pictured
My family of 8 spent a week here and it was perfect. Everything was as described and check in and check out were quick and easy. If you do a lot of cooking, be aware that there are no spices at all, not even salt and pepper. We didn’t find the beach supplies by the garbages until halfway through our trip so definitely look for those! We left our snorkeling gear for future travelers. Enjoy the island!

Wonderful place. Beautifully appointed decor.
Absolutely wonderful. Will stay again. The pool is a little tricky to negoicate( lack of hand rail) needs non slip area rugs on tile floors.

Clean, spacious, luxurious home away from home!
We were in Poipu for a family wedding with adult siblings, kids and grandparents. This home was perfect for the group to gather for dinner and hang out at the pool! We loved the master with super spacious bathroom. My favorite area of the house was the lanai! We had coffee outside by the pool in the morning and cocktails by the pool in the evening. So so nice! The layout was perfect for us and the furnishings were new. Would definitely stay there again!!

Kauai is my favorite island
As a family, this is our fifth trip to the Hawaiian Islands. We have visited Oahu x 2 and Maui x 2, and this house made our first trip to Kauai unforgettable. From the pool to the wonderful kitchen and its fantastic location, our trip to Kauai was our overall favorite (unanimous opinion).

The Kauai Staycation
It’s a fun property for all ages. It was our 40th wedding anniversary & because of COVID we didn’t think there was much we could do to celebrate. But staying here turned out to be the best idea yet. Having a private pool & hot tub & a spacious house all to ourselves is the way to go.
