Welcome to Poipu Palms #101, a rare ground-floor oceanfront corner condo in one of Poipu’s most peaceful and beautifully situated boutique complexes. With just 12 units, Poipu Palms offers an intimate coastal retreat. Watch sea turtles and whales from the sundeck right above the water, take in wide open views and breathtaking sunsets from the oversized lanai. Property features a gas grill, dining/viewing platform, and oceanfront pool.

2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen and convenient ground floor access.

A highlight of this location is its walkability. Just a short walk to several of Kauai's most iconic beaches for swimming, snorkeling, and bodyboarding (Poipu Beach 10-12 min Brennecke’s Beach 8-10 min). In just 15 minutes, you can walk the scenic coastal path to Shipwreck Beach, a favorite for sunrise walks and the start of the Maha‘ulepu Heritage Trail. Beach chairs, beach towels , umbrellas, a boogie board, and toys for beach play are available for your enjoyment.

Trash is at the end of the parking lot if you'd be so kind as to take any trash to the bins. Recycling for cardboard is behind Brenneke's and optional.

Review: Poipu Palms – An Absolute Gem!Rating: We had an incredible stay at Poipu Palms and can’t recommend it enough. The location is perfect—quiet enough to be relaxing but close enough to everything you want to see.The Highlights:Spectacular Views: We spent so much time on the pool deck. The ocean views are stunning, and we were lucky enough to watch whales and beautiful sunsets right from the property.Incredible Wildlife: One of the most magical parts of our trip was the short stroll to Poipu Beach, where we counted 52 Honu (sea turtles) in a single night! We also enjoyed seeing Monk seals lounging on the sand in the mornings.The Condo: The unit was spotless and very well-equipped. It came with all the beach gear we needed, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable—which made a huge difference after long days of exploring.Convenient Location: It’s an easy walk to both Shipwreck Beach and Poipu Beach. We also loved being so close to local shopping and the Allerton Botanical Garden.The Host:A huge thank you to our host, Chrissy, who was wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was seamless.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
