"If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. "Probably the best hotel in the area with about 18 pools in the male section. The main pools have fantastic view of the Jigo valley. We had Kaseki dinner for 2 nights and both were fabulous. Staff are helpful from the doorman, Jonathan, parking attendant to the reception staff. We like to give special compliments to the Leader of the food & catering, Ms Kanako. She’s absolutely gracious, highly service minded and made our dinner very enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel location is also within walking distances to the river stream foot hot spring, the Bear park and the Jigo valley. "
