"The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "

"The staff has great communication and is very accommodating. I told them I was checking in late and they sent me the information needed to access my room and other directions. Housekeeping was good and left everything that I needed since we woke up after cleaning hours. Blanket was very comfortable and room was in good order. "We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!"
