"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought itโs pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and itโs dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "

The staff were super helpful and very patient with me since I did not speak Korean or know my way around the instant ramen cooker.
