Set in the tropical heart of south Samui villa" Baan Kluay Mai"(House of the Orchid garden) is a modern contemporary three bedroom villa with a salt water pool.Only a few minutes from 3 beaches.
Take a dip ,simply relax or sunbathe by the pool. Enjoy chilled drinks whilst sitting in the shade .This is a villa where you can truly get-away. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen.Don't like to cook?Thong Krut beach fishermans village is only a walk away, with many cafes and restaurants.

Built September 2019 ,this modern style pool villa has close to 210 square metres of living area. Named after our love of these native Thai flowers(Orchids), villa "Baan Suaan Kluay Mai" is a spacious yet cozy single level villa home ideally suited for couples, friends, families or empty nesters.
The villa is fully serviced/cleaned every day and full bedding and towel change takes place every third day.
The bedrooms are all ensuite,. Our bathrooms are large and spacious with baths and both indoor and outdoor showers.
All of the bedrooms have king size beds (an extra bed/cot can be placed in two of them).

The living room is open plan, with a 55 inch flat screen "SMART" tv which as well as being internet linked(Netflix etc) has IP tv featuring over 300 international channels in 5 languages. High quality portable music players are also available.
The villa is spacious, yet comfortable, overlooking the outdoor terrace and garden where you will find an 8metre long salt water pool to enjoy.

The kitchen is modern,fully equipped including your own espresso machine. The villa has a fridge freezer stocked with eggs, milk, jams, bread, butter and some local beers(chargeable) and of course the freezer has chilled glasses.
There is a wine fridge with a selection of reasonably priced wines. Complimentary teas, ground and instant coffee and unlimited water is available. A large selection of fruit is made available and fresh oranges and lemons are supplied at arrival time for morning juicing.

The villa is an ideal hide-away as it is a very quiet area set in nature.It is also close to three beautiful ,yet unsullied beaches. 800 metres away is the beach front fishermans village of Thong Krut.Samuis major Snorkeling trip departure point. Thong Krut has several restaurants and bars, as well as a few traditional Thai restaurants and cafes.. It also has a choice of local minimarts/grocers for your daily shopping needs.
