Wonderful breakfast, great view and right on the beach. Staff was helpful and our room overlooking the property with the view to the beach was a real plus. Hot water was lacking in the shower and the general area of Lamai is a bit rundown, but it was definitely one of the better resorts along that strip and right on the beach.

Loved our stay here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a delux villa and it was perfect with an outdoor terrace and 30sec walk to the beach with private beach lounges. Resort is perfectly positioned for easy access to Lamai's food markets, bars and stalls.

Eine kleine Oase inmitten vom hektischen Lamai. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick geben eine schöne Sicht über die Dächer und Küste von Lamai. Als ich dort war, wurden jegliche Matratzen, Liegestühle etc. erneuert und gaben einen frischen Touch dem Hotel. Anlage wird sehr gepflegt! Die Staff war bei Ankunft etwas schroff, aber mit der Zeit, kam die Freundlichkeit hervor. Restaurants findet man unzählige am Strand oder Städtchen. Schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

We loved our stay here! After walking up and down Lamai beach, this looked to be one of the nicest resorts! The whole set up with the infinity pool, bar, restaurant and beach lounges was amazing. Food from the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Lovely Beachfront hotel with super friendly staff and great food. Location is right in the center of town and just a few steps onto the beach. Very relaxing and enjoyable. The garden and open restaurant are lovely. Only negative is the bed mattresses are probably ready for renewing as for me I struggled to get a comfortable nights sleep. Apart from that all good and recommended

Great beach vacation
The resort was in a great location and right on the beach. The bar happy hour from 1pm -10pm was a great deal with delicious drinks. The rooms were small but we didn't spend much time in them so it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable.

Amazing staff. Great location
This hotel deserves a much higher rating than 5 stars. The location is perfect. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Koh Samui. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. I truly enjoyed my stay from start to finish and even extended it a couple of days. I will be back!!

Comfortable & enjoyable but...
Comfortable room and very reasonable minibar prices. The service from the front desk and housekeeping was exceptional. The service from the restaurant staff by contrast was quite ordinary (no smiles, often had to go find someone for service - need training). Pool was lovely and easy to get a lounge. The village of Lamai seems to lack some of the vibrancy of other Thai beaches we’ve stayed at. Would probably give Chaweng a try next time or just go back to Phuket.

Relaxing stay at the Samui Jasmine Resort
Nice and relaxing. Staff are wonderful and made my stay a real pleasure. Nice DVD collection for if it rains. Very safe and secure.

Samui Jasmine - Pure Excellence
This is an exceptional hotel and quality all round. A fantastic greeting followed by the introduction of the deluxe Seaview room. The room is well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant offers sensational meals, especially breakfast options. Thanks Samui Jasmine.

Nice and clean and friendly helpful and professional staff. Great location directly on beach, and an amazing breakfast! Minibar pricing approach great. Nice pool but couldn't use it as we arrived and went for a walk then too late to use the pool as it closed at 7pm and left before it opened in the morning. Being so hot, a swim a little later maybe until 9pm would have been nice, Would stay again. Thanks

Paradise regained
Lovely hotel ,small and spotlessly clean . Only adverse comment would be the lack of lighting in the room . Staff are fantastic and very freindly withiut being overpowering . Nothing is too much trouble . The gardens are beautifull and add to the general enjoyment of the hotel . It is right on the beach and has a beautifull pool as well . Nice bar for a gin fizz looking out to the bay as the sun goes down . We would recomend this hotel for families and couples & would love to return sometime

Good location, close to everything in Lamai beach
The hotel is at a very convenient location, but the room is quite clean but furniture and facilities are a bit old, will be back if they renovate the hotel. Breakfast is ok, but needs more varieties. The pool and massage services closed so early, it will be nicer if they can keep the pool open till 10pm. Generally, was not a bad stay.

Highly enjoyable stay at Samui Jasmine. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and very spacious and well decorated. TV channels were a little lacking and lighting could have been a bit better, but they hooked up an extra light for me as soon as I requested it, hence the high score. Right on the beach. Breakfast was good. I would have preferred a ceiling fan as well as aircon, as I don't like it on all night, but it gets rather hot if you don't. Wifi was very good except during adverse weather conditions.

Hotel feels a bit old, pool is pretty small, staff not so nice and many signs of breaking plates and paying for them. Room really needs a makeover! Breakfast was ok

Samui Jasmin-Wonderful boutique hotel on the beach
We really enjoyed our holiday in Lamai, Koh Samui and I would definitely recommend Samui Jasmin. We will be going back to stay in this amazing, quaint little hotel. There is so much thought put into the big rooms and lots of attention to detail eg... Fresh flowers every day, large bottles of shampoo, soap etc, bathrobes, thongs and umbrella for use of guests. We were even supplied with a lovely straw beach bag to take daily to the beach. The location is perfect... a quiet beach location , where it is amazing to swim in the warm, safe waters. There are only a few hawkers and they were all very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was adequate and we ate about 4 times in the restaurant. At night the sand in front of the hotel is raked and the sun ends are replaced with tables, candles and brightly colored tablecloths. The massages in the hotel were so enjoyable and I was able to lie and listen and watch the waves lapping on the sand.
This special touch was a lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary... Along with a cake!

Needed a good hotel easy reach of airport and shopping area nearby. This hotel fitted exactly, close to Newcastle and metro and being directly on Airport meant I got the best of both worlds. The fact that it is on the airport in no way compromised a good nights sleep as you could of not hear the planes at all and I am a light sleeper. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again. The staff are extremely welcoming. Bonus the hot cookie what a nice gesture.

Hotel is a bit tired!
Room was spacious and bed very comfy. Reception was pleasant and welcoming. Fresh fruit available every day which is a nice touch. Garden area was lovely, and the breakfast catered for everyone's taste. However the lighting in the bedroom was awful. Furniture looked a bit worn and in need of replacing. The bathroom although modern, clean and well equipped was not practical. Two large open plan windows looking onto to the bedroom meant every time you went to the loo you had to close the blinds - we kept one permanently closed, they are operated by remote control, (very slow) and also close the glass door. No good if you're in a hurry or want immediate privacy!. Also glass door needs a red stripe or warning on it. There is no lift in the hotel. Stairs up to rooms in main building. Pool has no shallow end and some tiles need replacing. Sun loungers and mattresses have seen better days. Hotel is right in the beach. Pool bar serves food as well as drinks. Good service but a bit pricey. Beach was awful. Full of rubbish brought in by the sea. Attempts made to clean it pretty futile. Massage area was well done, and the girls very pleasant and knowledgable. Maybe we were unlucky as the weather wasn't good. Hot, humid and wet. Would only give 3 stars to the hotel in comparison to other places we've stayed in.

Jasmine just made us at home
Small boutique hotel with family feeling.Staff were always friendly and very helpful. They tried very hard to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. They went out of there way to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary by decorating the room and providing complimentary anniversary cake. Great location in centre of Lamai with easy access to each.

stayed in room on 2nd floor, room was clean, well equipped and good view of garden and ocean. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Air conditioning was not functioning as well as could be and when we mentioned this a chap was sent up immediately to look at it. The only thing is that the lighting in the room could be better, hard to see what was packed in suitcases. The bag that is available to take to the pool/beach was lovely touch, and the room made available on checkout day to shower in, ready for airport transfer was very much appreciated. I would stay here again in a moment

Tykkäsimme paljon hotellista. Huone oli hyvä, siisti ja tilava. Hotelli on rannalla ja uima-allas- ja rantatuolit oli vain hotellin asiakkaiden käytössä ja niitä oli riittävästi kaikkien käyttöön. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kaikki hoitui hienosti. Aamupala oli myöskin hyvä. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, kaikki tarpeellinen oli lähellä Tänne voisi tulla uudelleen, joka kertoo hotellin kokonaisuudesta jo jotain. :-)

kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir hatten Zimmer im 2. Stock mit Seaview. Ist nett aber ohne Aufzug auch nur bedingt empfehlenwert. Leider gab es in den 2 Wochen nicht die Möglichkeit am Strand zu essen (BBQ etc.) Da sind wir auf das Nachbarhotel ausgewichen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und das Frühstück naturgemäss asiatisch geprägt aber trotzdem sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich.
