Apartments in Kofinas

Beautiful new build hotel with exceptional space and cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. An easy walk into the old town or down to harbour and taxis were very affordable in Heraklion if needed.

The property exceeded my expectations. I was a bit dubious of all the positive reviews, but it’s true. The place is spotless, the bathroom is so gorgeous I decided to give myself a little impromptu pamper night in! The tv is massive and the room is almost like a studio or serviced apartment, it is well equipped and immaculate. The cleaner who I met when I arrived early to drop my bags was so kind and Effie spoke to me on the phone and helped me organise a taxi for my early morning flight. Thank...

Beautifully updated and spacious apartment in a perfect location to shops and atmosphere. Hosts were so helpful in ensuring we had a nice stay. Highly recommend

The apartment was spacious, with a very comfy bed, nice hot shower, and handy kitchenette (especially the coffee machine). A kettle but no microwave, but plenty of food places around so it wasn’t missed at all. However the standout was the communication. I had a number of questions (the existing information was great, I just had a few extra things to ask) and they were always really easy to get hold of and really clear and helpful with any questions. Highly recommended.

Super friendly host. Sophia was always accommodating. Spacious accommodation with luxurious fittings and great outdoor areas. Bus stop into town was at our door stop.

The only problem we found was that the lift was located on the first floor. It meant we had to climb thirty steps with heavy luggage. That aside, we were extremely happy with the apartment, the location and the various local amenities. 💕 Would stay here again!

Location was great, close to Port & walking distance to main square fountain & restaurants

Spacious apartment with kitchen, a 4 seat table, television etc. As a couple we had a double bed, there was room for two additional single beds in the main living area. Some small treats like basic breakfast, coffee pods and milk sachets were provided (and a nice surprise). We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout which was much appreciated too

Great property large space parking a little hard but walkable within 2 min property was clean and tidy and city center is 5min walk

The cons: First of all there is no sign on the key box to indicate which is for Pananos sq II. Secondly the flight of stairs is steep to carry young children after arriving on a night flight. I suggest if you have kids under 6 yrs old do not stay here. The car parking was a nightmare. The pros: great apartment comfortable everything was clean and kids had lots of room to move around. The friendly grocer is just below the apartment they helped us find the key box and they gave my kids some free...
