The front desk staff was very rude and unfriendly. The restaurant staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. The bar staff was friendly, but not very attentive. The worst experience of this hotel was how dark the rooms were! No overhead lights! there were bedside lamps that weren't bright enough ...

Thon Hotel Bristol Stephanie
Decent hotel at a good location ( Stephanie Tram stop is 2mins and Louiza Metro stop is 5 mins walk) - the decor of the hotel looks tired.
