"This hotel has a funny welcome gift of a token for the capsule machine near the elevator, which dispenses some little snacks that "Machida's famous goodies." The parking lot is underground, and a little difficult to get into, and there was some construction noise, but we'd been told about that the night before. It's a clean modern hotel, with all the standard amenities just a short walk from the main commercial area of Machida. There are convenience stores, restaurants, shopping, and public transit options just a few min away on foot."

"My suite was spacious luxurious, and very comfortable. The bathroom has showers, jet tub (jacuzzi) and doubles as a steamroom. The steamroom (sauna) was a blast! CY Waters Hotel was like a retreat. I did not have any contact with other guests! Loved it!"

"Very clean and convenient location close to the Yurigaoka train station, supermarkets, Seven Eleven and multiple restaurants, Bars, fast food and also a Karaoke. There’s also a very friendly and very affordable rent a car shop just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The Hotel staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Our stay was great! Felt like family. "A great option to be close to Sanrio Puroland. I myself did not figure out the IC card, so I walked. An hours walk, but a small price to pay to get to Puroland before it opens. Went in July, do not make my same mistake lol"
