Our quiet, sunny, and relaxing two bedroom home is perfect for your next Kodiak adventure. Enjoy clear evenings on the large deck around the firepit as the sun sets behind the mountains or kick back and enjoy a movie on the big screen after a long day. Centrally located to all the local essentials, this space will certainly feel like your home away from home.
The space
Our newly updated, modern two bedroom home can easily accommodate small families and up to five adults. The space is comfortable, clean and private. Large yard and deck equipped with firepit, BBQ grill and chairs for enjoying those long summer nights. Full kitchen and laundry. Spacious living room with a Flat screen/projector system, Wi-Fi enabled for streaming your favorite movies. USB/power outlets, for charging devices are located throughout the house, including the kitchen and bedrooms.
Guest access
Plenty of parking and large outdoor deck and fenced yard.
Security cameras are outside and face the driveway/street. Audio is not recorded and security footage is deleted weekly.

Fantastic Kodiak Rental in Quiet Neighborhood
This property was new and extremely clean! The listing had everything that was listed and more. The appliances were new and we used the grill to cook fresh fish. The listing came with a lot of extras including some kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bedrooms were good with lots of closet space for storage. Good parking with an outside camera. Very nice property and good experience

Clean and well equipped!
After long days on the water and fishing it was nice to come back relax and have everything we needed. Home is quiet, well equipped, and Laura and Todd have thought about the little things that matter. High,y recommend and we will rent again. Couple of things that stood out. Clean clean! Grill was emasculate, great shower heads and water pressure, black out curtains, excellent electronics and up to date equipment, all in all great place!
