"The kids and chaperones were playing a game inside and outside and sat on or against the hot tub cover, and the owner cursed and yelled at them over the outdoor camera. It was very unprofessional to curse at and yell at young people like that. The chaperone tried to have a reasonable conversation but the host continued to yell and curse at her over the camera. She ruined their one night in Kodiak. We will not stay with this host or at any of her properties again."

She is very responsive. We stayed two weeks and had a couple of things come up, like a thermostat needed new batteries, and she came right away and checked all the thermostats. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities. Garbage bags, all soaps and detergents, extra sheets, towels, blankets, even...

"Regrettably, no parade was thrown in my honor upon checking in. In retrospect, no one made an attempt on my life wile there, so it may be a good place to hide from assassins. The house was clean and comfortable. host made it easy to extend a day when needed. highly recommended."
